Seeing a ton of interest in getting brands recognized by ChatGPT and other AI tools. Kinda feels like the new SEO. If you’re not showing up, you basically don’t exist. Anyone playing around with this yet? What’s working for you?
Been seeing a lot of people talking about getting ChatGPT (and other AI tools) to really know their brand.
Curious, who here has tried it? What’s been tricky? Biggest pain point?

How do you manage shipping from multi warehouses in different countries?
We have a US 3pl and a CA warehouse and we want Shopify to only display stock from our US 3pl for our US customers. However, when we run out of inventory in our US warehouse, it'll still show up as available through our CA warehouse.
We've tried to set up via different shipping profiles but since 1 product is only able to show up on 1 profile, if it show up on our US only shipping profile, the same product is not available to be shipping on our CA profile.
Does anyone have any tips? Thank you!
Hey Stan.
Inventory allocation for multiple warehouses is challenging. Brands with higher sku counts experience it worse than others, and it is a multi-variable equation involving inbound shipping, inventory availability, and customer distribution.
Backorders are a separate issue where lead times are sometimes challenging to predict, and if they’re lengthy, you could need to split ship an order to rescue the sale.
Hello fellow founders! I'm looking for recommendations for reliable 3PLs based in NJ, PA area. I've been fulfilling orders from my basement and I think it's about time to start thinking about the transition. I'm expecting to do ~50 orders a day very soon on our website and some Amazon shipping occationally. All small items, not much kitting or preping needed. Thank you!
I have a client who is looking for a 3PL in China with less than 3-week shipping time to the US.
I know there was a company that sponsored an episode or newsletter but I can’t remember the name. Anyone have any recs or know who to contact? Thanks a lot! 🙏
Could be tarriff related but more likely the duties designation you’re making at the time of shipping
I'm looking to improve our shipping with shipstation - but looks like it requires you to hold a balance instead of pay per label
I feel like that will make bookkeeping more complicated and annoying. Is there a way around it?
(im using finaloop for the record)
Hello all! Anyone have experience offering custom laser engrave or print designs on their products? Would love to hear how you organized the logistics on that… customer order flow, design, coordinating the engrave, etc.
Hey! I’m wondering how have other high AOV ($150+) brands dealt with tariffs. Have you found a way to avoid price increases?
What we’ve done:
1. Price increases (we increased prices around 5% in May, now looking for another 10-15% increase in August)
2. Discussions with factory
3. Optimized shipments
Hey! What approach do you use for sales & inventory forecasting? Do you use internal processes built out on spreadsheets, or perhaps some sort of a software? We’re doing everything on spreadsheets and would ideally like to move to a software, that can pull sales data from multiple channels (like Amazon, Shopify) and help with sales forecast and inventory planning.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Anyone willing to chat about their experience with product development, manufacturing, and quality control within their supply chain? Having some challenges with my current manufacturer, and I’m not sure where to draw the line between: This is something to work through, vs Time to look for a new manufacturer. Same with the US-based product designer I am working with.
We've been working with Dawleys for the last four years and been quite happy with them.
A few that I love:
Happy to connect you with any of them!
