Hi everyone! I'm launching a supplement brand and looking to onboard a Meta ads agency. We want to start with a budget of around $5k a month for ads. question 1) What is a fair retainer for a Meta ads agency when we are at this low spend? Question 2) any recommendations for agencies that take small/prelaunch clients like me?

Does anyone have any solid recommendations for a website re-design agency? We are looking for one that is very solid with CRO (not just making things look pretty). Thankyou!

Hey guys, qn on how you calculate COGS - do you include the cost of inbound shipping to your warehouse in your COGS, or do you only consider the cost that's charged by your supplier for the production of the goods?

Hi I am having trouble with fraud orders popping on my shopify store. It looks like someone is "credit testing" - spams are coming in under different names, addresses etc but they are ordering the same item for $0. Would anyone be willing to advise here on what to do to stop this? I've tried a few of the free shopify fraud apps like fraud falcon and Blockly but the filters don't seem to help.

I need to be vulnerable, and I wasn’t sure where to post this.

I started my brand, Private Packs, in January 2021. A month after our Shopify launch, we landed a deal with CVS. Target came on board in 2022. Both retailers have since dropped us.

I’ve been running this brand alone, and retail made up 79% of our revenue. Losing those accounts has been hard. It’s tough not to take it personally—not to see it as a failure.

I tried my best. But the truth is—I’m not a marketer. And that’s where I fell short. I didn’t do enough to get the word out.

Now I have to raise awareness for our e-commerce store. Totally doable but I don’t even know where to start.

What brand(s) are doing tariff surcharges already - either anyone here, or any sites you've been on so far?

<@U0891CXKKRV> the only determinant is country of manufacturing origin. Ship from country does not matter. So if they are made in china, the tariff applies, regardless of if you ship from UK, Canada, or wherever! Fun times ahead....
