At what point will Stripe review a merchant's pricing agreement and lower their transaction fees? I got in touch and a rep told me we need to process $100k for a consecutive 3 months. We did that, then they said they weren't able to do it after all in our case and won't give me a new threshold we need to meet. Do I need to actually switch for them to offer me better pricing?

No ideas for virtual connection but wanted to send a shout out for TalentPop! We have a customer advocate from TP now and the entire experience was so easy and supportive that we are exploring other TP hires.
We did "bring something random and tell us about it" at our last happy hour.
Another was "Send a picture of your fridge (no prepping allowed) and everyone had to guess whose was whose.
A classic is the same thing with baby pictures too
Hi All, just wondering if anyone is using Omnisend and if you can share your experience with them? Our email list is about 8k and growing by about 150-200 signups a day, so far we've been using Shopify email for basic automations and abandoned cart emails etc. I want to now concentrate on email marketing with more granular segmentations and smarter email automations to increase conversions. We run an online grocery store so our margins are super tight but repeat purchases are high. I need to decide if I go with Klaviyo for all the bells and whistles (has anyone used their AI features, worth the buck?) or take a chance on Omnisend as it seems it can do most that we need and more cost affective. A brand I am working with had their WhatsApp business account hacked. As a result their account was flagged and turned off because of the content the hackers were posting. Does anyone know the best approach to reach someone on the Meta/Whatsapp side to troubleshoot this and get this situation resolved?

Happy to set up a US LLC, but it seems like TikTok also needs the SSN for a Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) which you can only really get if you are a US resident.

Has anyone switched from 3PL to their own warehouse & fulfilment? Wonder if there are any hidden complications with doing so that we should be aware of?
Based on our calculations, we'd be able to save $$ monthly, improve our CX, have control over fulfilment/packaging AND be able to create a photo/video studio along with a live shopping studio. But wondering if there's anything we are not aware that we should be? Having a good & experience WH Manager will be very important.

Dealing with knockoffs feels like the wild west.
There are at least 10 companies stealing our brand name and video content, running Meta ads, and popping up on Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, and eBay.
Walmart's IP portal says they won’t act, and it feels like there’s nothing we can do.
If anyone has advice on shutting these down especially on Walmart and Meta would love to hear it.
