Hey Darren – We’re not running CSAT or NPS surveys, but I set up a simple one-question, optional post-purchase survey. It’s generated more feedback than I can sometimes keep up with. The timing is key on this one. Right after checkout, customers are still on that “Complete Purchase” high and eager to share.

This has helped us act quickly: fixing bugs we wouldn’t have spotted otherwise, reaching out to customers in real time, and generally keeping a pulse on the experience. Before rolling out any survey, I think the first step is defining what you really want to learn. For us, the goal was a fast, clear way for customers to communicate and know we’re listening.

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm Ronnie Tamburro, Director of Ecommerce at Ultraview Archery (https://ultraviewarchery.com/) a high-performance archery brand creating premium releases, sights, and gear for bowhunters and competitive archers. I oversee everything in our digital ecosystem from our Shopify Plus storefront to our B2B dealer portal and all the 3rd party tools that keep us growing and innovating.

Before Ultraview, I worked for a company called SITKA Gear owned by W.L. Gore, the GORE-TEX® company behind the waterproof technology you’ve probably all relied on in your favorite outdoor jackets at some point. My time there shaped my approach to building best-in-class digital experiences for industry-leading brands.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym, out hunting in the fall, hiking in the mountains, or competing in archery shoots each spring. I also referee college and semi-pro soccer on the side, which means I’ve been yelled at in more languages than I can count and even made a few cameo appearances on ESPN (sadly, not for scoring any goals). I’m here to connect with others in the industry, swap ideas, discover new tools, and keep leveling up in the digital game.
