<@U081Z0JQ718> did Amazon ever explain how this happened? So curious, it's the first time im hearing of something like that that wasn't seller-initiated

Amazon has blocked me from shipping inventory to west coast because it's congested. Shows a dallas location instead. Anything that can be done for this? Shipping cost diff is close to 4K

Andrew highlighted all the points, specially the tax part has to be sorted. This gives a clear picture for your CM2 and CM3, depending how you map your financials.
We lanunched two brands in DE that were doing really well in UK. One struggled that other did really well in kitchen niche. Just focus on the returns before making a decision. The marketshare for Amazon in DE online space is almost 50 percent and in overall revenue it is no 3.

Mind if I ask how you're checking? Depending on the view used, the pooled inventory looks like it is showing for CA, but really it is stock in the US.
You should be able to check
in the FBA Inventory dashboard (in Canada) and confirm. If there is no inventory listed, whatever you're looking at is not CA inventory. I've made this mistake many times.
That's a question beyond the scope of Amazon - but once you have that nailed down getting on Amazon DE (Germany) is much the same process as US.
You can check out this page here -- >
Biggest thing is getting the TAX IDs correct.

If you're seeing inventory in Canada but didn't ship it yourself, you're probably seeing the US inventory. Amazon is likely treating it as a shared North American pool of inventory, vs Canada inventory + US inventory specific inventories.

Global selling on Amazon used to be opt-in - now it's more opt-out. There are a number of steps along the way where they will get you to cross list your items into Canada.
What is probably happening is that your US skus have a cross-country offer enabled. This will create the listing automatically in that country. If you have the global fulfillment settings turned on (which sounds like you did), Amazon can cross list your US inventory and/or purchase as a vendor and re-sell in Canada.

And once you've expanded into one EU country, rinse and repeat for the other countries. Logistically it's the same. Be mindful of time cost vs return, make sure business reqs are set, different strategies per marketplace, etc.

We've expanded to EU from US many times. Logistically, selling on Amazon is very much the same.
What's more tricky is the business registry and tax process - but if you're confident on those expanding to Amazon dE shouldn't be a problem.
In our experience, sometimes it can be double the work without double the result. Factoring in your return on time is important when expanding, but if you've got a great grip on it it can prove very useful. Additionally, your keyword and marketing strategy will be different from the US.

Hi all! We're close to halfway through Prime Day, what early signals are you seeing that might define not just how you close out the event, but how you rethink deal pricing, inventory, and ad strategy?

Disregard or report it.

First time making a huge shipment from China (10K units) to AWD and I'd love someone to be another set of eyes so that I do this the most effective way. Anyone willing to help with this? You will just need to take a look at my workflow (a couple screenshots) to say if it's all good to hit the go button

I'm looking for help with tracking and following up with Amazon on lost inventory... Is anyone able to help with specifically this?

Hello all! I'm looking for an Amazon consultant who can help us with some listing management challenges. We have a couple of listings for our original products (one with over 1k reviews and another with over 2k reviews). These listings are both 4+ years old and we are having problems adding new variants to the old listings. In short, the variants end up on separate listings, without the benefit of all the reviews and traffic from the parent listings. We have a reasonable amount of Amazon knowledge and have tried a lot of approaches to fixing this. We think that the issue stems from the fact that originally our products were added into sub-categories that no longer exist, and it is impossible to get new ASINs into those categories. We are looking for someone with deep Amazon listing knowledge to help us figure this out. If anyone can recommend a consultant or is a consultant themselves, please let me know. Thank you!

This is a scam, disregard.

Anyone notice a big difference in keeping bad reviews out of listings when using the onsite support (channel reply) "Get product support" button? I know there are tons of customer service softwares - but this button option seems to only be offered by onsite, although it is costly.
Just wanted to see if anyone had past experience with it - successes, alternatives, tricks and tips, etc...

@Chris these guys are great and they know their stuff. Happy to intro you.

Hey! I have 9 years of hands-on experience (since 2016). I know the platform inside out and can spot what’s holding your listing back. I’ll analyze, recommend, and fully optimize your listing so you see real results—not just small tweaks. I don’t do graphic designs. I can provide the full brief for your designer. Send me a DM if you are still interested.

Hi all, do you know someone who specializes in supplements on Amazon?
We're looking to improve the formulation of a supplement, and we know there's all kinds of issues that can arise from doing so, whether it be from the lab test or Amazon themselves.
We'd rather get it done right and avoid the hassles by consulting wth an expert.
Are you an expert in this field or do you know someone who is?

Just click report on the review

If it was Amazon fault you should be able to get it removed

Anyone doing package inserts to help drive reviews? Would love to hear how/who you are using to do this.

who has the best course/videos on learning amazon ads? ideally youtube lol
