Hey guys, I’m doing some research on why my supplement product cannot be listed on Amazon. I found something that says in apr 2024 onwards, all dietary supplements need to be lab tested to validate their label info. Can someone tell me if this is true?

Hi, Amazon refunded us $6k in ad credits, which is great! Though I just noticed today that it expires on June 8. Despite doubling my budget, it barely spends around $300. What would you do if you had to spend $6k in one day when your average daily spend is around $50-100?

Has anyone dealt with an unauthorized reseller actually entering in to a 1P agreement with Amazon?

wasn't worth the super low margin

Hey guys, anyone know a AM at amazon that can help me with a product listing? We are a supplement product. It keeps saying error and we are just going in circles with the different reps we get everytime.

it’s the other way around for us - dtc provides a larger halo effect that amazon basks in. the one time this flips is during a tentpole event (prime day, for example) where dtc halo will positively drive to amazon
$500+ product line here in retail, amz, and dtc

Ive seen different effects at various brands where Ive led growth.
Ive seen having amazon open as a channel actually detoriate blended MER across both channels.
Ive also seen having amazon open improve overall MER.
The key here is to consolidate the revenue, marketing spend, and contribution margin into one dashboard so you can track it properly. Then its just a matter of running hold out tests. When you increase spend, does Amazon rev. increase? Or, when amazon is not open, does your overall MER stay the same? If yes then it may not be worth having it open at this stage.
Lots of things to consider

Anyone here selling on Shopify and fulfilling with Amazon MCF? How do you handle returns? Especially internationally.
We have different SKUs for the same product depending on the region. We tried ReturnGO but they don't have SKU mapping so we can't process returns since SKUs don't match between Shopify and Amazon.
Do you use any apps for returns? Or just manually do returns in Seller Central? If manual, how do you handle the shipping back to Amazon?
Thanks! Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I wrote a lead magnet the other day for product seeding for Amazon brands. Sharing the lead magnet here without you guys needing to signup/give an email etc. Hope it helps!

I’d say for your weekly business review the sales & traffic data is probably a better starting point as it covers the full story, SQP then helps you drill in (but afaik doesn’t include a view of everything but limits that to 100 kws max). The use case around understanding marketshare is a good one for SQP, we use it as the most important source (matched with ad performance data) to optimize listings, you can also use learnings from it for the ads side.

Hi
I sell superfood almond butter through Amazon and I would love to know what 3 things have you done lately that have boosted your sales ?

Goes into effect on June 29

For premium shipping there will also be sticker enforcement (from 30 days to 7 days).

Amazon made a lot of changes today to SFP and premium shipping, for SFP you have to have volume otherwise you fall out, they finally made a new appeal process and more.

No more amazon lending for new accounts?

that's my most recent 3

<@U07S3KEKKB2> back at my desk, here's some real-time info:
AWD -> FBA Shipments
Created Date > Received Date
4/24/25 - 4/30/25
4/26/25 - 5/3/25
3/12/25 - 3/28/25

Overall, I think it’s less than two weeks maybe sooner

I just left the office so I can’t look at recent ones but if you look at I think at one of the more recent videos in that playlist from a few weeks ago. I actually scroll through a bunch of shipments and show them and their delivery times.

<@U07S3KEKKB2> it's a strong, viable option. Was working great in 2024, but the wheels fell off in Q4 ... was a major disaster - lost inventory, backed up, no availability, etc. Lots of improvements, and Amazon is putting tons of energy into.
We use it and refer it to our agency clients routinely.
Couple of AWD-specific resources that I believe may be helpful:
1 - ... a series I've personally done with lots of real-world examples of AWD, everything from how to ship into it, what to do after, and cost-breakdowns, etc. I have an AWD rep at Amazon that I use to get answers to questions.
2 - One of the biggest complaints is when AWD sends downstream to FBA, they tend to lose inventory, which is ridiculous since it's Amazon sending to Amazon. But still, I see more lost cases there than I do when I inbound to normal FBA. As of recently, there was not a lot of recourse, as it was maddening to try and tell Amazon (FBA) that Amazon (AWD) lost inventory and AWD doesn't provide BOL, etc. However, as of a few weeks ago, Carbon6 announced that their reimbursement platform,
, is now able to get $$ for lost AWD shipments. This is a game-changer, IMO.
Thanks for clarifying. Since we don't run SB ads, it seems Amazon is directing our SP ad traffic to affiliate pages instead of our chosen destination. This allows them to double charge us for ads and affiliate commissions. How can I opt out of this?

In basic terms, an influencer can add your product to their storefront and I believe it’s under sponsored brand ads where you can then push their post or partner page.
Influencers use their trust with their audience to sell your product for a commission, and you can help build their audience with brand ads to which they can sell more products for you
