Anyone in the CPG or wellness space crushing organic socials that has learnings in today's landscape? We're turning our attention to organic socials (IG/TikTok) for the first time really, as we've been able to grow well through other channels. We have an agency that handles Tiktok shop seeding but that's about it as far as organic efforts go so far. And from people following from our Meta ads
Working with a luggage tech brand and we have tons of raw creative (static, gif, video), but we need someone to help us turn it into Meta ads, YouTube-ready and other paid assets before we create and invest in an additional creative. Any recommendations?
Hey all, quick question.
We’re a DTC brand and our creative output is about to ramp up quite a bit (creators on retainers, editors, internal team). We already have the people in place, but we’re looking to tighten up our creative workflows so things don’t get messy as volume increases.
Specifically looking for help with:
• Creator briefs and scripts (clear, repeatable, easy to follow)
• Folder structures for raw footage, b-roll, and final assets
• Access setup and handoffs between creators, editors, and media buyer
• Simple, enforceable SOPs/flows (Google Drive / Sheets based)
• Naming conventions, versioning, and “ready for ads” standards
The focus is on execution clarity and scalability, not creative ideation.
If anyone has worked with a consultant / operator who’s helped set this up well (or has strong opinions on what’s worked / not worked), I’d really appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks in advance 🙏
Looking for Fermat feedback!
Did the demo with them, very impressed with the tool. Curious to hear what others think or use instead.
I believe Visually allows A/B Testing of offers
Thank you @Shin Takeda

Hi, Quick Q – How do you typically split A/B test assets (e.g. PDP) on Shopify? Hotjar doesn't necessarily work for that...
<@U07TS08A8UW> ?
Hey Paolo, I chatted with the Wislr founder and he said this is a good use case for 301 tooling. He wanted me to relay that he’s happy to do a demo or help anyone out who’s looking for guidance on the right setup here. Lmk if you or anyone else subscribed to this thread wants an intro (I have no incentive, just want to see you all win).
that makes sense
<@U08E7Q5FFN2> once you have a winning AB test, you can implement the changes inside the original URL, so you don’t need to change the URL on Meta.
<@U08E7Q5FFN2> what page builder/software do you use to build the pages?
From a performance marketing POV - I don't recommend changing the URLs in the ads
Cheers! I just asked him his opinion and I’ll report back on what he says.
Oh wow that’s a lot. You could look at 301 redirect tools perhaps. The founder of this app also does dev at a Shopify Platinum Partner agency and I trust him implicitly:
I would just take the url of your winning page and hard code that in your ad campaigns.
Best practice would be to permanently lock in the change. That way you aren’t beholden to your a/b testing tool to keep the 100% split running. And I say this as someone who is incentivized to tell you the opposite.
Is anyone aware of any podcast publishing services similar to transistor that upload video to YouTube?
Highly recommend !
