What’s the best way on Shopify to track what % of customers who buy product X, also buy another product that’s meant as an add-on for product X? I’d like to create an analytics sheet/tracker that I can just go in and get a very quick overview.

You’ll need some sort of analytics app. Triple Whale, Lifetimely, there are a ton you can plug in.
