Amazon has blocked me from shipping inventory to west coast because it's congested. Shows a dallas location instead. Anything that can be done for this? Shipping cost diff is close to 4K

First time making a huge shipment from China (10K units) to AWD and I'd love someone to be another set of eyes so that I do this the most effective way. Anyone willing to help with this? has anyone been hit with Image violation? they seem to be pointing that any text in the image is a no no - is this truly the case? There is no notification on Image manager (just a slap in the wrist email saying this is a violation and I need to change this asap). I see almost every product on amazon have text. How do ya'll work through this?

The funny part is the product is not showing as OOS, but the inventory shows as 0 available and the rest is in transfer. Like this. FBA support assured me they would ship it on time, but oh well! Def not seeing impressions as a result which sucks when I have 60 units sitting on transfer 😕

AWD -> FBA Question: My inventory is set to autoreplenish and is being sent to AWD. I recently experienced an unexpected surge in orders. Although I have three FBA shipments created by AWD currently in the receiving process, my "Available" inventory now shows zero units. Should I pause my ads to avoid potential returns due to delayed shipments?

Thanks @Andrew Bonasso. I’m talking about prime day deal. Thanks for calling this out. From what I see in the deals section eligibility, both my products are ticking all the boxes in product eligibility but I see it appearing only for one.

can someone shed light on Prime day eligibility? One of my products is eligible and the other one is not (they are selling through at the same rate but the second product is newer). Is there anything I can do to move the eligibility needle (other than just sales numbers)? Also will this change after the product is in stock for longer than a month (currently it's only been in stock for 2 weeks)
Eligible product has 50 reviews and ineligible one currently has 33

Trying to start DTC for our book box set! Explored Amazon in depth with @Fred McKinnon but it turns out for the next few months Amazon might be a pause (though I have some inventory I’m moving through their book vendor program, and will be moving to Amazon soon with Fred’s help). Company is a kids book box set company (box sets launched just 2 weeks ago, so not much of a revenue record here as I’m just getting a hang of ads). Want to master one ad platform. Which is recommended? FB or Google? 85% margin dtc. Would love to get a group together to brainstorm strategy for a brand new brand too, if that’s interesting to anyone. @Shin Takeda

Any amazon agencies or consultants that can help contest this case? The issue seems to be that the books i want to list on FBA don't really have an ISBN printed on them. I've purchased the ISBNs and have stickers I can add on them, but Amazon doesnt seem to be happy with it so far. I've reached out to some internal contacts in Amazon but would appreciate help here.

Hi - Any idea of how to push seller central to approve my listing? My product (which is a hardcover book) is currently stuck on internal investigation after I shared proofs of ISBNs. They say they have everything but are not giving me a timeline of when I can expect approval. Anything I can do instead of just praying that the amazon gods relent 😕

Facing an issue with Delaware LLC mails:
Anybody dealt with this? Trying to get access to seller central - which requires an address verification. The mails are sent to the delaware address as the we incorporated in Delaware but we operated out of Washington. Is the virtual mailbox that they have mentioned the option here?
