Amazon has blocked me from shipping inventory to west coast because it's congested. Shows a dallas location instead. Anything that can be done for this? Shipping cost diff is close to 4K
@Sindhu Narasimhan I assume you mean AWD not FBA, correct? AWD West Coast has been congested for months. Where are you shipping from? If you are in California like me here is what I have done.
• Compare total inbound freight costs FBA West Coast Single Destination vs FBA Optimized (5 destinations) vs AWD Dallas. It is not apples to apples but we try our best.
• Compare prices LTL, FTL, or SPD-- see what makes more sense.
• If you are shipping small and light products-- try to increase the amount of units per shipper case (49lbs/ 25" cubed) so that the AWD processing fees don't hurt as much
