We lanunched two brands in DE that were doing really well in UK. One struggled that other did really well in kitchen niche. Just focus on the returns before making a decision. The marketshare for Amazon in DE online space is almost 50 percent and in overall revenue it is no 3.

Hey Everyone,
Hope you are doing well.
We have integrated TikTok-UK with Shopify. TikTok orders are being processed through Shopify, and once they are fulfilled, we have to manually copy and paste the tracking numbers from Shopify to TikTok. Our courier is Royal Mail. However, when adding tracking numbers, TikTok assumes they are from AZ Logistics, and we can't select any other courier.
Currently, the tracking numbers have been added, but TikTok cannot track them. It is showing 'awaiting collection' on 40 orders. We are unable to update the tracking numbers now because it has been more than 36 hours.
We need help on how to resolve this issue and save these orders. SS is attached.

Totally dependent on the niche, margins and CPA. As you say there is a lot competition, it is good sometimes as more people will bring traffic and to capture that you need to have a quality product.
SB and SD needs to be build up because it is really imperative that you protect your brand and grow the reach which you can check through brand profiles in the console. If you have a good product and you are not bidding on your branded other people are surely capitalising on it. It can be expensive sometimes but can improved overtime by testing. Working in a kitchen niche it really helped us to upsell and cross sell if you have good complimentary items. HSA and SD placements need to protected wisely. From what I have experienced it is important that you test all ad formats. Coupling video ads with HSA worked really well for us. Having a sound storefront is key always.
If it still not working out focus on specific high intent long tail buying keywords.

.Can also be done by Shopify and wordpress apps or plugins. To make sure it is implemented use tag assistant or GA4 for confirmation.

If you handing fulfilment else where as well like Brian mentioned maybe Amazon or Shopify. Sharing supply overview that you can handle orders will help you. Getting the right account manager on call might also help, it helped us expedite the process.

Haven't used Mayan, but Perpetua is good at some aspects takes time to build up the algo but worth the wait if used the right way. Pacuve is also good but expensive, Scale insights is also an option.

Open a simple case, just to expedite the process read customer TOS just to mention the right addendum.
