Hey Everyone,

Hope you are doing well.

We have integrated TikTok-UK with Shopify. TikTok orders are being processed through Shopify, and once they are fulfilled, we have to manually copy and paste the tracking numbers from Shopify to TikTok. Our courier is Royal Mail. However, when adding tracking numbers, TikTok assumes they are from AZ Logistics, and we can't select any other courier.

Currently, the tracking numbers have been added, but TikTok cannot track them. It is showing 'awaiting collection' on 40 orders. We are unable to update the tracking numbers now because it has been more than 36 hours.

We need help on how to resolve this issue and save these orders. SS is attached.
