Disregard or report it.

I have a friend who owns & operates an Amazon agency that's hiring for a Director of Account Services. (Role is 100% remote) Must have a deep understanding of Amazon but the role is more focused on growing/managing the team versus managing accounts. Feel free to apply directly or shoot me a DM with your resume if interested or if you have any questions!

Does anyone know if a Subscribe and Save coupon stacks on top of an existing seller funded Subscribe & Save discount?
> EX - We're funding a 10% S&S discount right now. If we create a 15% S&S Coupon does that replace the self funded discount and the customer gets 15% off the first order and 10% off subsequent orders? Or would they get 25% off the first order and 10% off subsequent orders?

<@U07UXLNTEMA> I'll send you a DM of some options that may be helpful

<@U07V2DFN4MU> Do you already have a seller central account? If so you can find them there if you search for "FBA fees" in the search bar.

If anyone here knows someone looking for a new role in the Amazon space please let me know. I have several friends looking to hire for a few Jr and Sr level Amazon roles at agencies. Both full time and contract based. (Must be based in the US). Thanks!

@Brock A. This is a good resource. There are a bunch of examples as well as Canva templates you can use. https://amzdesignkit.com/

I agree with Fred on running the existing campaigns. A lot of it will also depend on how many campaigns there are. If the number of enabled campaigns are small, friction should be minimal but if you're talking about 100+ campaigns you may have some challenges managing things without a tool. I'd recommend becoming familiar with Bulk Sheets if you plan to manage everything yourself, that and proper naming conventions for reporting. @Jamie Roller feel free to DM me if you have any other specific questions. Good luck!

Not sure where to post this but does anyone have a good referral for a logo design for a local restaurant? Their budget is $3k max. Not sure if Fiverr or 99 designs would be the best recommendation for them or if there are better resources these days.

Yeah the console seems to be down right now. I've logged out/in a few times and have been able to display data once, but clicking anything or adding a filter removes all of the data again. Another year, another Prime Day outage 🫠

#amazon - June 18, 2024 at 10:20 PM

@Jesse Tilner exactly. Good luck!

#amazon - June 18, 2024 at 07:25 PM

What was the issue with the units you sent in?

#amazon - June 18, 2024 at 07:25 PM

Yeah, you're likely SOL unfortunately. You can't tell them which units to return specifically.

#amazon - June 18, 2024 at 04:15 PM

Did the 3PL definitely ship the units to Amazon? If they have a BOL and they were shipped you can dispute this with Amazon. If not I'd assume the 3PL created and deleted the shipment at some point.

#amazon - June 18, 2024 at 04:13 PM

Do you mean only remove units that are currently sitting in an Amazon FC vs. units that are currently inbound?

#amazon - June 13, 2024 at 04:40 PM

Have you had any account health violations or warnings?

#amazon - June 11, 2024 at 05:08 PM

@Katie Kay similar to the comment above. I think all of the automated review tools have similar functionality. I find the dashboard pretty easy to use and mostly prefer to use it since it's included with my Helium10 subscription. Only downside is you're limited to a certain number of orders/emails per month.

#amazon - May 21, 2024 at 04:25 AM

Does anyone have a good copywriter recommendation, specifically for Amazon listings? I have a friend launching a new brand and looking for a referral.

#amazon - May 20, 2024 at 05:37 PM

Your first vine reviews are now free as well so I'd encourage you to start there if you haven't yet.

#amazon - May 20, 2024 at 05:37 PM

@Maxwell Look into an automated email follow up tool like Feedback Five. There's also a feature built into Helium 10 that does this.

#amazon - April 26, 2024 at 05:27 PM

Ah gotcha..I was seeing more softness in Feb/March and now a bounce back in April. I'm working with a smaller sample size though and obviously a lot of variables could be at play (category, oos, etc.)

#amazon - April 26, 2024 at 04:01 PM

@Fred McKinnon What do you mean by "first page of Seller Revenue"? Only products on page one of SERPs? Or are you just saying top line revenue is down MoM across clients?

#amazon - April 25, 2024 at 04:10 PM

I'm also a huge proponent of 3P over 1P for a variety of reasons including most listed here. However, one caveat is if you're selling bulky/heavy products or inexpensive products (less than $10), 1P is likely a better option.

#amazon - April 16, 2024 at 06:29 PM

@Zoe Jirgens It's actually specifically called out in the A+ guidelines as well. Should be able to get it removed.

#amazon - April 16, 2024 at 06:26 PM

Yes it violates TOS (based on my interpretation at least). Whether you can get it taken down or not is another question.

#amazon - April 03, 2024 at 05:52 PM

@Paul Leeds You can also use a followup email like feedback five, etc to ask them to reach out with any issues.

#amazon - March 28, 2024 at 05:52 AM

Jeff, if you DM me tomorrow I can try to help you out

#amazon - March 27, 2024 at 05:55 PM

As Shaff mentioned, you can probably hack it by adding a character in front

#amazon - March 27, 2024 at 05:54 PM

@Jeff Feiereisen I believe they are assigned alphabetically in the case of color, or if by size, small to large. Not 100% sure on the other variation types. If you look at similar products you can probably derive how they're ordered

#amazon - March 07, 2024 at 10:37 PM

@Katie Kay Yeah exactly. That's the route I went. Worst case I'll cancel it on my end.

#amazon - March 07, 2024 at 08:21 PM

If we end up doing the price change, I will report back!

#amazon - March 07, 2024 at 08:21 PM

@Fred McKinnon yeah, good call. I usually avoid changing anything whatsoever but we are in a bit of an interesting spot with this ASIN. Wanted to see if anyone had actually done something similar.

#amazon - March 07, 2024 at 08:15 PM

I have a Lightning Deal available in our account but I also need to update our MSRPs. Does anyone know if the deal will still be available after the price change? Obviously the terms of the deal (min. discount) will be different, but I want to make sure we don't lose it.

#amazon - February 14, 2024 at 12:13 AM

@wana azam I used to lead an agency team managing millions in PPC spend on a yearly basis. You're paying too much in fees for that amount of spend. You don't seem to have a ton of SKUs either so the time commitment to setup and manage campaigns isn't a huge lift. I'd encourage you to try one of the following options:
• Have someone on your team manage this on your own. Plenty of good resources exist. Once you spend more than say $10k/month you may want to look at another provider.
• Negotiate with your provider or find another one. See if they'll do a % of Ad Sales or some sort of model that's based on how well they do or how much revenue you generate vs. a % of spend. If they don't want to negotiate find another agency that will.
• Look for a freelancer. You can find someone more experienced like the folks in this channel or get someone cheaper but likely less experienced on fiverr or a similar site.
PS - As a parent the product and branding are super cute 😀

@DoÄŸu - Amazon Ads Verified Partner I know a guy that runs a local content agency that I've worked with in the past. Happy to connect you if you'd like.

#amazon - January 24, 2024 at 11:30 PM

Nice hack Fred, love it!

#amazon - January 24, 2024 at 11:09 PM

@French What do you mean by "leaves .com for amazon business"? Business customers like the ones Fred is referring to shop on Amazon.com like other customers, they just have a business account. Their sales will show up separately in Business Reports like Fred said. So a business buyer or standard buyer will help your metrics equally when they convert.

#amazon - January 23, 2024 at 05:46 PM

@Stephanie Danforth I'd try through Brand Registry and see if they accept them that way. You can also try using a flat file if you create URLs for the images

#amazon - January 22, 2024 at 05:03 PM

@Stephanie Danforth Do you have Brand Registry?

#amazon - January 17, 2024 at 06:29 PM

@DoÄŸu - Amazon Ads Verified Partner He's asking about Vendor Central. MYCE is available in Seller Central only. @Joseph Pinney on Vendor Central Amazon owns your product and therefore the customer, so they're not going to give you an email or address for customers there.

#amazon - December 11, 2023 at 06:17 PM

Way too many fonts/colors/themes going on in my opinion. It's really hard on the eyes and doesn't feel premium at all, while the price point is.

#amazon - November 28, 2023 at 07:29 PM

I'd have some recommendations as well but the "category mgt relationships at AMZ" part will likely be tricky to find as I assume you're looking for an agency with connections in your particular category which looks pretty niche. Curious to hear what sort of support you'd be looking for here, as a lot of agencies may not be able to help you accomplish what you're looking for.

#amazon - November 17, 2023 at 05:44 PM

@Stephanie Danforth Gotcha. Then as Aaron said, the only way to do it is to manually scroll through your orders. You can sort by date range and ASIN to at least narrow it down.

#amazon - November 16, 2023 at 06:32 PM

@Stephanie Danforth You can go to Brands > Customer Reviews and then sort by star rating there and contact the customer.

#amazon - November 09, 2023 at 04:35 PM

Gotcha, that's super frustrating. Classic Amazon...I'd tinker with a workaround but I'm not currently working with any products in the grocery category.

#amazon - November 09, 2023 at 04:33 PM

@Fred McKinnon have you tried creating them using a bulk file?

#amazon - November 09, 2023 at 03:27 AM

Awesome idea! I may only be able to join for a bit but please share the invite.

#amazon - October 31, 2023 at 06:30 PM

@Gevin Rai great call, totally forgot about that option. Thanks!
