Not sure where to post this but does anyone have a good referral for a logo design for a local restaurant? Their budget is $3k max. Not sure if Fiverr or 99 designs would be the best recommendation for them or if there are better resources these days.

What level restaurant are we talking? And how hard would they be going into marketing and branding? It may not be worth it to spend anywhere near their max budget and I might know a few people.
