Hi all, trying to decide which cx platform to change to. Not loving Zendesk but have been on it for a long time. Looking at 1. Gorgias 2. Kustomer 3. Comm Slayer
Aiming to have Ai, read tickets and either respond or tag and have them sent to the appropriate associate. Anyone have any insight on this?
