I'm using the meta CAPI and my cost per LPV has averaged $2.75 since the 7th versus like $0.40 before. What's interesting is CTR is fine, so it feels like more of an attribution issue. Not seeing much discrepancy between devices/platforms

Hi y'all! Question about TikTok - I set up TikTok with the shopify integration and chose 'maximum customer data' sharing. I also have Shopify's cookie consent banner firing for all users, and we only sell in the US. If someone visits my site and chooses to opt out of cookies in the consent banner, does that prevent TikTok from collecting data during their session?
