Does anyone have recommendations for lawyers who can help enforce a force mejur in our contract with our 3PL? Long story short, our Mexico 3PL (US company) is trying to force us to pay out the rest of our contract’s monthly minimums (which are based on pick and pack fees), but given the recent trade policy changes, they don’t have the proper license to fulfill orders from Mexico to US anymore, so they had to stop fulfilling or orders overnight. Now they want us to pay out the rest of our contract’s monthly minimums…
Any help is greatly appreciated!
