Nearly two weeks ago they requested some information from us that we provided. Since then they haven't made one payout to us. We have tried to contact them several times and raised tickets but can't get a response. Very unlike them.

hey LS fam - we currently use UPS to ship for https://hoekhome.com/ in the US. It looks like they have just increased their rates (a lot) for our dinning table.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a new courier option, specifically for furniture if you have one?

We have been using FLOT in New York, they have been amazing but don't ship anywhere else.

Lot's of D2C brands currently manufacture/purchase their goods from China. Dealing with the 25% Trump tariffs has defiantly put pressure on brands. If Trump wins he's talking about a 60% tariff, what are your thoughts on this and have you spoken to many brands that have a plan in place for this?

hey @Juraj Kocar - so it took about 7 months, we had around 17k in December 23 and the biggest factor was viral reels. If you check out our reels that did the most views, they all have a similar style

I was going over our email strategy with the https://hoekhome.com/ team last night and we need to make some changes. We had 1000 new subs during Q2 and 1000 people unsubscribed, not ideal!

We believe we are sending too many sales related emails and not adding enough value to our customers. So first off we will be sending more emails about the process, behind the scenes, product design, etc. and only send sales emails around specific sales.

would love to hear thoughts around this and how people here built out their emails lists?
