hey LS fam - I have an urgent request!
I am looking for a contact in Shopify, but more specifically in their accounts departments if possible?
Nearly two weeks ago they requested some information from us that we provided. Since then they haven't made one payout to us. We have tried to contact them several times and raised tickets but can't get a response. Very unlike them.
@Nik Sharma I know you are connected with them so any connection would be amazing!

at this stage we are looking for anyone to help get our money released
