A few days ago, I was kindly invited to be the guest speaker at a business summit in China. This made me reflect on my own journey working with Chinese manufacturers over the last 16 years!

I remember when I was first getting started in my family business in 2007, just right before the 08 crash! I had tremendous drive and ambition to make it big in the Chinese manufacturing space. But I quickly realised there was a steep learning curve in understanding how Chinese factories operate and how to build effective partnerships and more importantly relationships. I wished someone could have guided me through the process and helped me avoid the big mistakes that many entrepreneurs make when dealing directly with Chinese suppliers.

Now, after 16 years of experience, I feel like I've cracked the code on how to collaborate successfully with Chinese
manufacturers. I've learned the keys to understanding their operations, aligning incentives, and building trusting long-term
relationships.

In the upcoming summit, I'm excited to share these insights so you can skip the trial-and-error process and start working productively with Chinese factories from the beginning. Imagine what would happen to your business if you could implement just one or two of the strategies I'll be discussing.

If you're ready to take your manufacturing partnerships with China to the next level, I encourage you to join us on July 10-11th for the Chinese Business Summit.
