@Chris yes. I don't understand the science of it, but the way they shorten the link, they have a retargeting pixel firing ... that's the whole point of PixelMe. If you just use attribution links alone, you can see sales attributed from the link, but it doesn't feed back into your campaign sources. W/ PixelMe, the conversions that happen on Amazon are documented (via attribution) and reported back, so whether you are driving outside traffic to Amazon via Meta or Google, it's able to get the conversion data reported BACK. This is critical, as it helps Google or Meta refine the audiences of where it's showing your ad. We work at lot w/ Carbon6 so I'd be happy to make an intro and get you setup on a demo w/ them if you'd like - just PM me.

@Aaron Yelton and @Prateek Jain great convo.
Re: attribution, @Prateek Jain have you used from Carbon6? This is exactly what it's designed for. It integrates directly into your Amazon Attribution, and gives it the ability to get the 'signal back' as you put it from Amazon. IMO, trying to drive external traffic from Meta or Google directly to Amazon WITHOUT using something like is like burning money - no way to track the impact.

hi @Sara Mizrahi, one of my biggest clients in our agency is PB2 Foods, we're the #1 peanut butter/nut butter powder (well, #2 today!) on Amazon. If you are in almond butter, you've probably heard of them.
So many things you can do:
1 - like others say, make sure you have an optimized PDP, great images, clear nutrition and benefits
2 - you will have to run PPC aggressively, the category gets competitive with some big players, anticipate minimum 12-15% TACOS
3 - run Best Deals when/if you can qualify
4 - run big Subscribe & Save discounts ... we often do 25% off the FIRST (only the first) S&S order.
5 - use influencers and drive external traffic.
Well, that's 5 things, and you only asked for 3, but hopefully this helps, coming from the market leader in your space. Go get you some!

<@U07S3KEKKB2> back at my desk, here's some real-time info:
AWD -> FBA Shipments
Created Date > Received Date
4/24/25 - 4/30/25
4/26/25 - 5/3/25
3/12/25 - 3/28/25

Overall, I think it’s less than two weeks maybe sooner
#amazon - May 07, 2025 at 06:51 PM
I just left the office so I can’t look at recent ones but if you look at I think at one of the more recent videos in that playlist from a few weeks ago. I actually scroll through a bunch of shipments and show them and their delivery times.
#amazon - May 07, 2025 at 06:28 PM
<@U07S3KEKKB2> it's a strong, viable option. Was working great in 2024, but the wheels fell off in Q4 ... was a major disaster - lost inventory, backed up, no availability, etc. Lots of improvements, and Amazon is putting tons of energy into.
We use it and refer it to our agency clients routinely.
Couple of AWD-specific resources that I believe may be helpful:
1 - ... a series I've personally done with lots of real-world examples of AWD, everything from how to ship into it, what to do after, and cost-breakdowns, etc. I have an AWD rep at Amazon that I use to get answers to questions.
2 - One of the biggest complaints is when AWD sends downstream to FBA, they tend to lose inventory, which is ridiculous since it's Amazon sending to Amazon. But still, I see more lost cases there than I do when I inbound to normal FBA. As of recently, there was not a lot of recourse, as it was maddening to try and tell Amazon (FBA) that Amazon (AWD) lost inventory and AWD doesn't provide BOL, etc. However, as of a few weeks ago, Carbon6 announced that their reimbursement platform,
, is now able to get $$ for lost AWD shipments. This is a game-changer, IMO.#logistics-operations - April 29, 2025 at 03:28 PM
Thanks <@U07KR663AVD> does it work with MCF? LIke if client is using Amazon MCF exclusively to fulfill, can the customer request a return/exchange, and send it back to Amazon ? Even if it's not a FBA order, but a MCF one? I've never setup MCF returns
#logistics-operations - April 25, 2025 at 03:16 PM
Thanks, websites will be fine, I don't wanna get a lot of email/zoom introduction calls, lol - just wanna send a few links to my client to consider
#logistics-operations - April 25, 2025 at 02:28 PM
Hey Gang:
We've got a client who wants to ship all his inventory to Amazon so he can use MultiChannel Fulfillment for his Shopify store, in addition to his normal Amazon stuff. Currently, he has invnetory at a 3PL who fulfills Shopify, but also handles his returns. They are in apparel, so they get a lot of return/exchanges - the 3PL validates the return, and either puts it back into inventory, or discards.
The reason he wants to use Amazon MCF is:
• overall, it's cheaper
• minimize having inventory split across multiple locations
I see there is " " and maybe others that will work for this? Anyone got solid recommendations?

Hey Gang:
Our agency, eComCatalyst, focuses 99% on Marketplaces, specifically Amazon. But, many of our clients are begging us for help scaling their D2C off-Amazon as well, Shopify, etc. We've piloted a few clients and have done "ok" managing Google Shopping Ads, META ... but it's just not our strength. We are looking for a rockstar D2C agency that we can refer clients to, or, even better, that would we could whitelabel in-house. Think small/mid-range client, so for most of our clients, this would need to be sub $2-3K/month if possible. If ROAS is there, clients are willing to scale and grow.
Google Shopping, META specifically .. TikTok is a plus, but not our focus.
Gimme your best people!
Also, MODS: wasn't sure if this is best here, or in <#C04UDA71EQ3|> and didn't know if I should post in both?

Several tools do this, and do it well.
My top choice here is
tool. Disclosure, we are partners w/ H10, and have a 20% off 6-mos, or 10% off for life promo code .. but regardless, 100% still what I use to do this. I like it because you can track it daily, or you can click on the "rocket" and track it multiple times per hour.Others:
: has BSR tracking along with great P&L tracking, and by far, one of the cheapest options out there.
: I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure DD pulls their data from JungleScout - it updates anytime you do a niche dive, and you can refresh it on-demand.

@Rose Fierman this is exciting, good for you. I personally like price parity, but you can make it a little more. Keep in mind, you may think your margin is "so much better" on D2C since Amazon is prob taking 15% referral fee - but your converstion rate on Amazon should 4-5x what it probably is on your D2C, so CPA is often, less. People rarely believe that until they really do the math. Either way, you'll be fine.
I like catalog parity for the same reason - IMO with 20+ years of selling and managing brands in an agency, those who go into Amazon with the "I really wanna just drive traffic back to my D2C" rarely do well on Amazon. Shoppers are there because taht is where they want to buy. But, you can still use the strategy - there is no harm in soft launch, and adding more color later.
QUESTION:
Do you have an account setup already? We're members of a special Agency Program, and if you've not yet launched, we can get you in with a lot of extra perks (that I can't disclose publically). One of them is a lot of extra marketing help and Strategic Amazon Account help for a year.
I'll send you a PM w/ more details

@Prateek Jain I've been a huge promoter of AWD, and did a ton of content on AWD on my channel. Here's a link to all the various videos:
This is all about it, but I also cover the ways they really screwed up in Q4.
I've got a direct contact at AWD and she validated that they really weren't prepared for the mass adoption of AWD in Q4 ... but assures me it's getting better.
I am still bullish on AWD.
#amazon - January 07, 2025 at 12:16 PM
@Emma Butler that is great that you are getting 1-2 articles/mo w/o pitching. For Amazon-specific linking, you've got a couple of options:
1 - affiliate links, like what you mention above. If you really want to go after some serious content that will link directly to Amazon, consider using Levanta or Wayward. They will get paid the % you setup, but will use your attribution link, which gives you up to 10% back in a Brand Referral Bonus.
2 - if you just use the normal affiliate links, they can still link to Amazon w/ their affiliate link, but you won't get the Brand Referral Bonus because in order to get that, you MUST use the attribution link provided by Amazon, and they no longer allow that to be modified to include additional affiliate tracking.
Would be happy to discuss more, just PM me if you have more questions.

How do you catch them? People report it? If so how? I got one this am but it’s gone so you must’ve already deleted them
#amazon - December 23, 2024 at 07:11 PM
Yep, it's always a bit risky for stuff that requires explanation, etc
#amazon - December 23, 2024 at 05:55 PM
Hey @Andrea yes, it's hit or miss w/ Vine reviewers. I would make sure that:
1 - my price was very competitive (even though they don't pay for it, they pay taxes on the value and they still make their review based on the value of what the price is
2 - make sur eyou've addressed any other early complaints, issues.
I would 100% use it, but I'd also be utilizing something like StackInfluence (if you can swing 200 units) or other microinfluencer type things.
I made a video here about using Vine, if it's helpful (hopefully)

Hey folks:
I have just started working on a client's TikTok Shop, and they ignored all their product suspensions.
One of them is suspended, and just needed some documentation. They let the appeal period expire.
Is there any way to file an appeal after the appeal expiration window? Or do we delete the product, and re-upload it again?
How to I handle this?

If it was a few orders I would do it. Long ago when I dropshipped and oversold I would place retail orders with competitors who still had product in stock on my Amazon personal account and ship to the end user. Different account (buying) than my seller account though
#amazon - December 05, 2024 at 12:03 PM
HAHA, I abhor MFA.
You could do that with MCF ... I see no reason why, it will be expensive, but if have sold out of 2-packs ... just manually create MCF with the single unit ASIN and send them a qty of 2. Your main problem is this: MCF will not ship quickly enough, so your orders will be late.
Also ... you'll have to manually copy/paste everything, unless you are using an integration platform (ie. Sellbrite, etc) that can push it all automatically. Even then, that wouldn't work since the SKU on the orders (2pk bundle) is different than the SKU/QTY you' be pushing to MCF.
Other than the delayed processing/shipping you will experience with MCF, I see no reason to think you'd be violating TOS.
We have used MCF to cover random FBM orders plenty of times.

<@U081Z0JQ718> where are you located? I just started using an amazing forward service that is getting my inventory into Amazon FBA with live unloads at 5 FCs within a few days!! Makes sense if you have around 10+ pallets total (across all 5 optimized shipments) - but main caveat is they are in Atlanta, GA so it’s best if you are in Southeast

Question re: TikTok Shop Registrations:
As an agency, we have clients who sell on Shopify, but live in Canada, or other countries where they can't register a TikTok Shop, but want to have one. I've been told that we can register their shop with our agency address. I had a guy tell me he's currently got 4+ shops registered on his address. So questions:
1 - is this correct? Can we use our agency's mailing address for the TikTok Shop for a customer outside of USA?
2 - obviously we don't want to use our TaxID, so will TikTok Shop accept the foreign TaxID, or will TikTok require a US-based entity
I think at that point, if they want one, they should just get a US TaxID, right?
#amazon - November 18, 2024 at 08:10 PM
It happens all the time, sadly. Mostly Chinese sellers, or Pakistani VAs, w/ Chinese connections. I've heard horror stories.

Anyone Familiar w/ Tok Domination:
Colleague of mine from MDS helped start/run it ... pitching it, it's $499/mo. Includes two live weekly calls.
Thinking about getting in there for our agency. Any other incredible TikTok Shop courses or resources that you'd recommend?
For our context, it's a way for us, as an agency, to offer TTS management to our clients.

Glad this got resolved. How did you learn about it being tied to this review? I wouldn’t think Amazon would ever disclose that?
