Hi all! I have been out of stock for the last 7 weeks and am about to launch pre-orders. I have been using an app (Pre-Order Globo) for Back in Stock email capture and have it set up for pre-orders. I have run a bunch of test orders, and my inventory tracking in Shopify is all over the place. I feel it must be the app. Since I am currently out of stock on all items, should I just change the button on my shop page to Pre-Order and make sure it is clear to the customer that the item will not ship for a couple of weeks and ditch the pre-order app? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks. I know today is crazy for most of you. Any help appreciated.

Hi all, do you think automatically posting Instagram content to Facebook is the same as posting directly to Facebook? I have heard people talk about the value of posting to Facebook stories but is that just the same as having your accounts linked and posting automatically fron one to the other? I'd love to find out what true industry benchmarks are for welcome flow data. We are a plant-based milk company. We have 3 emails in our welcome flow. They are currently ranging from 30-50% open rate with 4-13% click rate. Thoughts on these numbers?

Hi all. How are people filtering out fake emails in Klaviyo? It seems pretty easy to create a segment as all the fake emails have a similar format and contain a "+" sign. I have gone through and deleted these at times but I would like to make it so they don't actually enter the welcome flow. This is affecting our performance data. Can I also run analytics and not include these accounts so I cam get an accurate open rate?

Some feedback from my husband who boxes and has been in advertising for over 20 years. The first one he feels does the job best. The Sports Illustrated validation is everything. He said no-one really boxes with those other big gloves so he doesn't find that comparison helpful. Hope this helps.

Thank you!! This is super valuable. Appreciate you taking the time. Yes we are a lean team. Just the two founders and my husband helps us with content. In person demo-ing is something we need to do more of. We need a demo day at cookbook in highland park and it was their most successful one to date.

Appreciate your thoughts re paid and Reddit. The influencer thing is interesting. Of the 5-7 that post how many really move the needle? I guess is all awareness at this point even if the immediate ROI appears low.

Hi all! New founder here! We recently launched a powdered oat milk (higher protein, more nutritionally balanced, no seed oils & lower environmentally footprint 🙂 ) and are selling mostly DTC with a few boutique retail stores in LA. We are completely bootstrapped and are all unpaid organic right now (tested paid ads for two weeks but turned that off while we figure some things out). Someone recently told us to definitely get on Reddit. I don't really understand what this looks like for brands like ours so just wanted to reach out and see what success via Reddit lhas looked like for others. Have spent zero time there.
