Hi all! I have been out of stock for the last 7 weeks and am about to launch pre-orders. I have been using an app (Pre-Order Globo) for Back in Stock email capture and have it set up for pre-orders. I have run a bunch of test orders, and my inventory tracking in Shopify is all over the place. I feel it must be the app. Since I am currently out of stock on all items, should I just change the button on my shop page to Pre-Order and make sure it is clear to the customer that the item will not ship for a couple of weeks and ditch the pre-order app? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks. I know today is crazy for most of you. Any help appreciated.
