Hi all! I would love to hear how founders are using, or planning to use, AI to grow their businesses this year. We are a food & bev start-up that has been in market for 1 year. We have a very small team (2) and would love to use AI as much as possible to support growth in 2025.

For sales I use ai for lead lists and messaging. For marketing I use ai for video and content. Have you tried anything yet?

I have used ChatGPT and Claude a lot for content - planning, emails, social media. I spoke to a friend recently about creating AI agents for different eat parts of your business. Has anyone done this? How have you trained them? What tasks have you given them?
