Hi all! Has anyone embedded a post purchase survey in an order confirmation email? To gather initial info about motivation to purchase and current purchasing/consumer habits? We would then send another survey a week or two after fulfillment to get gather info about their experience with the product. Thoughts?

Happy to share my thoughts on it, some of the insights we’ve already learned, & some great questions :)
I typically embed it in the checkout form. It provides useful insights.
Also using KNO (Triple Whale's simple/free survey before that). At least for our channel mix (which includes B&M retail) it provides a good gut-check to back up other attribution measurement methods as well as user demographics. @Tyler you work at KNO? Suggestion: Add a native GA4 integration and my NPS goes from 80 to 99 🙂.
