I'd want it to pull data that would require it to perform actions in NS. It may just be read only

Not sure. Check them out

The most well priced was Commerslay and I actually really liked their product. What it doesn't have that others do have is an ai sales agent. That helps promote certain products.

Gorgias also integrates with Netsuite which may be helpful for us. I'm just trying to determine how deep into NS the integration can run.

Hi All. Is anyone aware of a customer service chatbot that incorporates ai very well? Gorgias charges $1/ticket which seems unnecessarily expensive. I’m wondering if there’s a more reasonable alternative out there. 🤞

Hi all. I want to start paying our FB ads monthly (instead of our credit card being charged daily) but it’s my understanding that we can’t pay the monthly invoice with a credit card. A friend suggested we use onlinecheckwriter.com and pay that with Ramp or Parker, which would also give us 30/60/90 days to pay for our ads. Does anyone have any experience with this/any advice?

Hey friends. I have another question for anyone who’s operating on a headless site. What software does your team use to be able to track events in google properly? Our dev team has tried to use Little Data and Elevar but they’ve had a very tough time getting either to work properly, so we’ve basically been unable to track add to carts and purchase events in google while we’ve been headless. Does anyone have experience with this?

Also, I’d love to know people’s thought on headless in general if they feel strongly either way.

Hey guys. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to handle replacement orders for damages, and gifting to influencers within shopify’s inventory system? Our main goal is to prevent anyone on the team from having to go into the inventory and adjust the inventory levels manually. We’re considering creating draft orders, but I want to double check before moving forward. Thanks in advance!

Both good takes. It makes sense to connect with all of them and explain our situation. Appreciate it 🙏

Appreciate it Peter. Thanks.

Thanks. I’ve heard good things about Cin7. Do you know if it will also help with categorizing our aging inventory for accounting purposes?

Hi DTC friends. I operate House of Léon, a DTC furniture company, with my twin and we are looking for some advice on what the best starter inventory management softwares would be for a company like ours. We have over 70 SKUS (for better or worse) and are looking for a tool that will help us organize our current inventory, along with our incoming ocean freight to help forecast demand for each SKU. We also deal with a number of orders on back order as many people buying furniture have probably experienced, so ideally the software would account for that as well. If anyone has any recommendations I’m all ears.
