Hi All. Is anyone aware of a customer service chatbot that incorporates ai very well? Gorgias charges $1/ticket which seems unnecessarily expensive. I’m wondering if there’s a more reasonable alternative out there. 🤞

@Steven Neman sorry I didn’t see your question! Yep, been using Commslayer and it’s been great. They’re building it up fast and their team is very helpful. We have simple needs though so not sure if you have more complex needs. Curious to hear what you went for as well
