Hey guys. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to handle replacement orders for damages, and gifting to influencers within shopify’s inventory system? Our main goal is to prevent anyone on the team from having to go into the inventory and adjust the inventory levels manually. We’re considering creating draft orders, but I want to double check before moving forward. Thanks in advance!

We just make a draft order and add a 100% off discount code; that should track inventory properly. Perhaps there's a better way though!
