Hi all, I need some help regarding the budget schedule tool in Meta. So everyone says that it’s best to not increase your daily budget by 25% a day.

Our business spends around 120k a month on Meta and we have lead campaigns and purchase campaigns. Around 80% goes to lead and 20% goes to purchase campaigns. But since 2 months we’re testing this where we, in the first 5 days of the month take 30% from the leads budget and that amount we put into the purchase campaigns. So our purchase campaigns jump from 800 euro a day to almost 1.8k a day. That jump is more than the 25% that everyone says not to cross.

Yesterday I had our monthly call with our Meta rep and I explained him this situation we have and he told me that if I use the budget schedule tool it won’t have issues with that high increase.

Anyone can confirm this?

Any help is much appreciated!

Ps my native language is Dutch so my apologies in advance for any grammatical errors.

We’re currently producing video’s to advertise on Meta and YT ads and we would like to know what the ideal length of video’s is. Is it 15 seconds or 20 seconds? What is the best practice for this? Thank you in advance for anyone that can help us!

Hey all!

We're looking for a creative mind!

We have the distribution rights in the BeNeLux for an Italian professional haircare brand, we're trying to grow it DTC and not B2B. In our B&M store we sell between 1500-2000 units of this brand a month so we know if we can talk to people face to face, they buy the product. We also have a 98% return rate. The only problem is we can't convince people to buy our brand online and for that we're seeking a talented and creative individual to develop engaging and effective ads for Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for beauty and haircare, and a knack for creating visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. Please send me a DM if you're interested! I thank you in advance!

@Ohad Michaeli yes we now have 4 UGC videos and 1 studio video. I think that is enough for TOF testing but I dont know which type of video we should use for retargeting.

@Gurdeep Sahota Okay thank you, we will focus on our best sellers first and move from there. What remarketing ad would work best?

@Stefan Momcilovic As we don’t have any conversions yet, we don’t focus on it right now.

Hi @Mo thank you for your message! How would you split your budget? 50/50 Google Meta or 80/20 or 20/80? Do you have experience with this type of brand?

Hi everyone! I'm reaching out in hopes of gaining some insights from this community, which would be immensely appreciated. Our business is a family legacy, now in its 3rd and 4th generation, with my mother representing the 3rd and myself the 4th. She plans to retire in about a decade, aiming to secure a comfortable retirement through the business's earnings.

Our store, located in Belgium, specializes in professional-grade hair, nail, and beauty products from +- 60 brands. We also have an online store, but this one is not the focus of my questions. Over the past three years, we've been selling a high-quality hair care brand that rivals major names like L'Oréal Professionnel, Schwarzkopf Professional, Wella, etc. It offers comparable quality at a better price point and with more product per item. This brand is distributed in over 60 countries, and we hold exclusive distribution rights in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, although it's still relatively unknown in these markets. The brand has proven to be highly popular among our physical store customers, with a repeat purchase rate of 98% for those who try it. Because when people come into our store with a specific need for their hair then we can convince them to try the brand.

We primarily serve customers within a 15-mile (25km) radius of our store, selling 1500-2000 units of this brand monthly. Given our success in-store, we believe we can replicate this success online. I've developed a dedicated website for the brand but are currently lacking in organic traffic, so we want to start with paid advertising.

I'm seeking advice on a few points:
1. Is expecting a monthly revenue of €10k in the short term, with an advertising budget of €1.5k to €3k, realistic?
2. Could anyone suggest a retargeting ad strategy for a brand with over 150 SKUs in the haircare segment? We have over 700 SKUs including hair dye products.
3. What approach would you recommend for launching this brand online?
While I'm competent with the technical aspects of e-commerce, including website development on Shopify, email marketing, and ad setup on Google & Meta, strategizing and creative development are challenging areas for me.

Thank you for your time and any guidance you can provide.
