We're looking for a creative mind!

We have the distribution rights in the BeNeLux for an Italian professional haircare brand, we're trying to grow it DTC and not B2B. In our B&M store we sell between 1500-2000 units of this brand a month so we know if we can talk to people face to face, they buy the product. We also have a 98% return rate. The only problem is we can't convince people to buy our brand online and for that we're seeking a talented and creative individual to develop engaging and effective ads for Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for beauty and haircare, and a knack for creating visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
