We considered installing it, but they were unwilling to do any kind of a split test trial to establish what the actual difference in revenue per customer was. They had some sort of meandering explanation about why that wouldn’t work. To me, if you can’t test something And show that it’s increasing revenue then it’s not worth paying for.

Def very expensive and tough on cash flow. Main reason to use it is if you feel like there's a chance you default on the PG'd option.

I didn't use it for inventory, but I did use it to clear some PG'd debt. It's expensive relative to secured money, but for the benefit of being unsecured it's def worth it if you feel things are shaky.

This is an ad for my partner. I'd love it if you guys could take a look and share with anyone you think might be interested.

John is our media buyer and creative director. I think he's badass and has become very good at it over the last year.
He's probably the fastest learned I know when it comes to integrating lots of complex info into an actionable system.

But because of the structure of our payback with investors, the brands aren't paying us enough to live and we're out of cash reserve. So we're getting jobs to make ends meet.
It obviously makes most sense to stay in ecommerce and continue to grow there.

Won't our current brads be a conflict? We've put systems in place and reduced complexity to the point that we can effectively run them with about 1 hr/day from him if needed.

If you're looking for someone for media buying, creative or other operational DTC roles, I think he'd be awesome.

We ended up liquidating them through Amazon because we had to get out from under the storage fees ASAP. They're heavy and oversized, so even shipping them somewhere would likely be more than they're worth.

Has anyone noticed bad budget pacing by Meta in the last few days? We’re seeing this in 2 different ad accounts. Meta is blowing full budget on many of our campaigns in the first half of the day. We’re not making drastic budget adjustments that could throw off Meta or anything like that.
