Our store was attacked by "cart testers" which resulted in my gateway being shut down. We added a stronger recaptcha on our checkout page as well as setting a rule in our gateway to block anyone who's payment fails X amount of times.

It's never a bad idea to improve the look of your packaging which results in a better customer experience. However its worth considering whether that investment could be spent elsewhere for growth.

In you situation it could make sense to send the new boxes to people who buy 2+. Or only to your subscription "VIP" customers
