I just want a record of all my customer's interactions and a process for CS I can pass off. I don't want to pay Hubspot's fee per marketing contact. Maybe i wouldnt need to list them as marketing contacts if its just storing data.

I am looking into a CRM to track all customer interactions across klaviyo flows, shopify emails, direct email interactions, sms etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on softwares that can do this? Gorgias?

Hey All, for state sales Taxes, what do you think of Numeral? Has anyone used it and or other solutions you've tried that have been helpful? Shopify seems to slowly be getting better with what they offer but this is still very time consuming. From what I gather you can essentially pay $5-10k annually for a software to make it easier.

hey all, I am a solo operator so i often check this channel for ways to use software to increase my output. One of the services that i've been using is https://getripple.ai/. It makes it super easy to create email campaigns in klaviyo with just a few minutes of prompts. This saves me a ton of time and honestly the emails are better than I'd make myself. you can generate an entire calendar of content at once and it also works for flows. It's relatively new so figured i'd share it here for others to benefit. I don't have any affiliation but lmk if you have any questions about it.

Dogu Reserve inventory is a good idea, we'll definitely do that going forward. But Yea how exactly to do it i'll have to figure out.

I'm not that happy about it Kris haha, but I guess it is a high quality problem to have. It was actually a post on Linkedin about going full time at this. So yea unexpected for Linkedin to drive orders

Hey All, does anyone have any tips on how to best navigate selling out of product when you have subscribers that are expecting it? Communicate it, pause, give a future discount, hope they understand and retain?

I sell a focus supplement at trygraymatter.com that is part of our customers daily routine. A post of mine went viral and we unexpectedly sold out. At most it’s going to take 8 weeks 😓 to restock. Im doing everything i can to reduce that.
