I am looking into a CRM to track all customer interactions across klaviyo flows, shopify emails, direct email interactions, sms etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on softwares that can do this? Gorgias?

yes exactly but when i asked klaviyo about this they say they cant bring in other channels.. going to ask again

Ashkan! What's up man, I sold you Charm back in the day. Thanks for the insight, talking with Gorgias tomorrow. I just want a record of all my customer's interactions and a process for CS I can pass off. I don't want to pay Hubspot's fee per marketing contact. Maybe i wouldnt need to list them as marketing contacts if its just storing data.
