Hey Ryan we are a brand and we manufacture ourselves. So our needs are a little different but very similar.
I've looked at vend, fishbowl, cin7, unleashed, and a couple of others in detail.
They're all either lock in, too pricey for our size or don't have the functions we need. So close to putting a team together to reluctantly build one 😭

We're in cpg also $45 AOV on first order and $15 CAC.
We find repeat over AOV is higher, around $78. We're currently at 30% repeat and want to get to 50%+ in the next 12 months. Would be great to brainstorm some ideas if anyone is interested @Shin Takeda

We sell a consumable product where customers typically reorder within 45-60 days. Our CPA is within our target range, but new customer AOV is lower than we'd like. New customer ROAS is 2.2-2.5 and our target is 3.
We have in cart upsells and gift tiers to encourage higher AOV.
What else would you do to increase new customer AOV?
