Question for folks who advertise a product that's mostly for a single gender (i.e. makeup, barbershop). On Meta ads are you excluding the other gender? We're selling a product that's 95% for just men. We're currently targeting both genders, and i'm wondering if it'd be a low-hanging fruit optimization to exclude women.

I'e done a fair amount of hiring in the Philippines and some in India.
For the Philippines - I actually have a small boutique staffing firm that I've worked with that's been able to manage the hiring process for me. They take a ~20% cut of what you're paying, but the big benefit is they can manage local resume screen / phone screen / administering take home assignment, and once you hire they'll take care of HR / taxes / healthcare /etc. I think before working with them I under-estimated how important it might be to some of the better candidates (especially mid-career folks) to have healthcare and a proper "W-2" type job.

yeah I've told Moiz this - i think he does a great job of asking super direct questions about things like spend, CAC, and getting guests to share specific details that most other podcasts never delve into, so I feel like I learn more from his interviews than a lot of other people's. Some other recommendations:
• Where it Happens with Greg Isenberg is good, but I don't feel like I come away learning quite as many details / specifics.
• I really like Pivot with Kara Swisher and Scott Galloway for general tech/media/politics
• I really liked the Growth TL:DR for scaling SaaS startups, but they stopped doing that show about a year ago. Content is there and good so still worth trying it out. One of the hosts (former VP of Marketing at Hubspot Kieran Flanagan) started a new podcast "Marketing Against the Grain" but i haven't listened to it yet.
• The one pod most people are probably familiar with is My First Million. I find that they shoot the shit, and it's fun, and sometimes they drop specifics, but they gloss over a lot of details so I don't come away learning quite as much that I can implement in my businesses.
