only thing i would add to great feedback is that your background video is impacting your page load time, probably impacting your bounce rate.
I think it's not worth it. Get rid of background video and just focus on having clear, high contrast text and product images

Your videos are actually really useful. A few ways to make them answer questions a bit faster:
• When you land on the home page, the first 4s of that video doesnt acutally show herbs sprouting so there's a good chance someone wouldnt really understand what it is or what's going on. Maybe add a text overlay on that video like "Grow any herb from seed" for the first few seconds just to signal what's about to happen.
• the notificiation to 'trim the mint' doesnt strike me as the most useful notification. (At least when growing plants, trimming them was never my issue. I wonder if there are notifications like - 'time to water' or something that might resonate a bit more
• Basic info, but what am I getting - the machine? The machine + dirt cubes? The machine + dirt cubes + seeds? It might be good to have a "What's included in the growth kit" and then do an unboxing type image

agree - either click fraud or could your creative be miunderstood or appealing to non-ICP viewers?
I had this experience in the past w/ ppc where we bid on a keyword and it turned out to be a common term for a different industry so our CR was crap b/c the audience was very low intent for our product. Could be something similar?
