To Niks point about influencer outreach:
I hacked together a tool that hit's my Klaviyo database against a big influencer database (they luke like 5mil influencers in there). The idea is that I now know which of my organic shoppers have more than 4k followers. Makes influencer outreach way less painful if i'm reaching out to influencer who already know my brand (Typically I find 150 influencers for every 10k customers)
Happy to share the tool if anyone wants to test it.

Thanks for the tag @Will Mahon-Heap, we have a UGC capture process/platform that's working well for a bunch merchants. You can reward customers with free items or cash (Venmo, PayPal, ACH) when they produce content that meets the brief. It's fully automated and integrated into the purchase flow. Hi Alicia, i've built a bunch of these - happy to jump on a call to talk through some learning is you're interested.
Some main points though:
1. Nano/micro influencers get just as excited about free stuff 🎁 as they do about cash bonuses
2. Having a big bonus 💰 way in the distance gets people pretty jazzed up (even when there's nearly a 0% chance of them even achieving it)

@Chris I know i'm a little late to the party here, but would love to share my insight.
I've had this chat with a few of the merchants i'm working with - it seems the giving a free item with purchase seems to be the least damaging (even brand accretive sometimes).
Example: an eyewear merchant we're working with offered a free cleaning spray to their affiliate link (auto added to cart when link is opened) with regular commission on the other side of the transaction.
For this to work, you obviously need some low priced items that make sense to give away with a regular purchase.
