We are up 10% on Amazon YoY and 100% on Shopify (launched last year and we are now running ads in meta, strong organic SEO and SMS/email yoy) but flat on TikTok. We did expect to be up higher than what we are seeing. We expect that the shutdown has had an impact but it is difficult to isolate.

Seller app only shows TT Shop DMs. We have all of our social accounts linked to Gorgias, including TTS but the main TT DMs are separate and it is a struggle for us to keep up since the responses are just limited to me and not my entire Philippines based customer service team.

I was not sure if Simplified worked with TikTok DMs. I met with Sked Socia last week because they were running Google ads saying they supported TT DMs but once we got in the phone it was only TTS DMs.
