Dealing with knockoffs feels like the wild west.
There are at least 10 companies stealing our brand name and video content, running Meta ads, and popping up on Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, and eBay.
Walmart's IP portal says they won’t act, and it feels like there’s nothing we can do.
If anyone has advice on shutting these down especially on Walmart and Meta would love to hear it.
We have patents pending.. the USPTO stopped accepting expedited patents recently.

I remember Nik mentioned a lawyer that was able to remove companies from Alibaba anyone catch his name?

The ad links to an advertorial. The page starts with a short catchy story about the problem the product solves.

Next, mention of a surprise in the article (which is a discount code at the end).

Followed by a listicle. 6 Reasons (Avatar) Loves Product Name.

Lots of lifestyle photos peppered in.

I added more forward CTAs towards the bottom on the advertorial along with some screenshots of happy customer comments.

HELP! looking for advice on handling a tough situation with my 3PL.
After months of research, we partnered with a highly-rated 3PL and started onboarding six months ago. I provided clean documentation—8 SKUs, UPCs, all neatly organized in an Excel file—which they praised.
Things were going smoothly until this week’s call, where they dropped a bombshell: they mis-shipped 54 products to the wrong customers, depleting the stock in that warehouse to zero. To fix this, we’ll have to ship the correct products, leaving us with an estimated $7k–$9k loss between the error and correction.
When I asked if they’d reimburse us for the lost products, their response was, “No, we only cover shipping fees.”

So here I am asking:
• Has anyone dealt with this kind of issue?
• Is it normal for 3PLs not to cover the cost of their mistakes?
• Or am I crazy for thinking this shouldn’t even be up for debate?

"Please Don't Kill My Business" That was the thought running through my head before a call with my 3PL this week. HELP, I need some advice, let me know what you think.

Here’s the situation:
After a ton of interviews and research, we partnered with a highly-reviewed 3PL that seemed like a perfect fit. The onboarding process started six months ago, and since then, we’ve had regualr calls to make sure everything was on track.
Months ago, I handed over clean, detailed documentation of our product catalog—8 SKUs, corresponding UPC codes, all wrapped up in a neat Excel file. They even complimented how organized it was.

Fast forward to our recent call: things were going well... or so I thought. Then they dropped this bombshell: they mis-shipped 54 products to the wrong customers.
Depleting the stock in that warehouse to 0. To fix the error we have to send the correct product.

The Landed cost per unit is not cheap we're estimating a loss of $7k - $9k between the error + correction.

Okay, mistakes happen. But my next question was obvious:
• “We’ll be reimbursed for the lost products, right?”

•
Their reply: "No we will not cover the cost of the goods just the shipping related fees."

So here I am, asking for advice:
• Has anyone dealt with a situation like this with a 3PL?
• How did you navigate it?
• Is this normal and I'm just a newb..?
• Am I crazy for feeling like this shouldn’t even be a conversation?
This feels like such a gut-punch after shelling out multi six figures upfront.

Hi @Meha Agrawal I am using Manychat to handle DMs and comment replies I find it works decently well although its hard to make it not look like a bot. That part takes some adjustments.

I setup a comment reply automation on Instagram.
