Whitelisting less important to have strong organic socials as less likely for consumer to look at the brand’s socials - treat it as more of a DR funnel. Partnerships much more likely for brand to go socials -> website rather than direct

The above from @Ash is super solid. Only thing I’d challenge: these should ALL link together.
Example: your seeding tier should be a funnel to find influencers for your content creation tier (where you can negotiate better rates because of the relationship you’ll have built). Similarly onboarding seeded influencers as affiliates gives you super strong data for your paid influencer work.
We launched an influencer seeding & affiliate program from scratch for a £10-15M/year brand around 15 months ago and now it’s driven them 10M+ impressions and obtained over 7000+ creatives for them with full usage rights. They’re around £25-30M now.

Thanks Tobi. We’re seeding 1000+ influencers per month across clients so feel like I’m qualified here
- Discovering influencers – use tools like Modash or SARAL. Use filters to narrow down to exact demographics. Use keyword to find influencers that talk about relevant topics. Then manually vet by looking at content quality & comments.
- Tracking - hard but either use a software like SARAL or a google sheets CRM. We use a mix of both. Use a tool like Archive to detect posts tagging your brand. For SARAL talk to @Yash Chavan

Influencer details depends on the scale & what details you actually need (if I’ve understood you correctly, you’re referencing shipping details etc? if not plz clarify and happy to answer).
We prioritise getting as few details as we need to keep it frictionless influencer side, even if it means slightly more time spent our side bringing it all together. We just ask + add into spreadsheet.
Seeded influencers don’t get UTM until they are affiliates. When they are affiliates it’s then unique UTM + code for each. We collect details there using a form inbuilt in whichever software we are using.

Yep should be easy done by either:
A) setting affiliate codes to the same % as the sale and ensuring they do not stack in shopify
B) setting affiliate codes to 0% and ensuring they do stack

For influencer sourcing: Pretty broad 3-100k. Engagement >2-5% depending on campaign. Audience demographics dependant on campaign. Use keyword search to narrow down to ones that talk about relevant topics. Then manual search.
For conversion to affiliate: biggest levers are strong product (that they genuinely want to use themselves) & affiliate offer (particularly commission). Alongside that it’s having a system to build relationships with each in the most efficient way possible
