Yep - they definitely did some changes recently. We were seeing those glitches and others. For now, we're manually checking every ad before it goes live and also after it goes live.

If you're in the AI space, then creating content on LinkedIn can be really powerful right now. Especially if the product has some snazzy demo, just try a bunch of variations of getting it out there. It's a great way to get free presence.

Just remember that the impressions for the right audience are way more valuable than getting tons of impressions for the wrong audience. It's better to show your products in a way that captures your ICP's attention

Looking for strategy/copy as well?

I have someone but they aren't going to be the cheapest but good if you want more end to end with someone who can think about WHY they are doing what they are doing

I've been working on this script tool for a while!

Glad to say its finally launched!
1. 134 videos, transcribed and categorized
2. Easy to copy to chatgpt with a prompt for building scripts
3. Thats it! Free!
If you have any ideas for brands you would add lmk!

Thank you!

#paid-media - February 11, 2025 at 07:43 PM

Does anyone use something like https://commentguard.io/pricing/ for their facebook ads to hide negative comments?

We do that manually now, just looking to automate a bit now that ai models are better at understanding nuance.

#everything-marketing - January 30, 2025 at 04:33 PM

I would say aim for 20s to start and keep it tight with strong selling points.

If you can have a very strong 40-50 second ad that keeps engaged and selling all the way through it will likely outperform, they are just exceptionally hard to make well.

Quality > Length

#everything-marketing - January 29, 2025 at 03:54 PM

If you are just looking for some AB tests then they will help you set up but would be expensive to run them.

#everything-marketing - January 29, 2025 at 03:54 PM

What are you looking for?

If you want very custom stuff I would recommend these guys https://theorydigital.ca/

#paid-media - January 29, 2025 at 03:41 PM

Very wide range - we have everything from no cost to $1k/mo depending on the creator.

Just make sure its worth it, whitelisting is going to make a good ad better but won't save a bad ad if its not performing already so we never pay until a creator is proven

#jobs-and-talent - January 27, 2025 at 05:08 PM

I think she may still be looking for a role, depends if she accepted the last offer or not

#jobs-and-talent - January 27, 2025 at 05:08 PM

I would reach out Sagerufsvold@gmail.com|Sagerufsvold@gmail.com - I used to work with her, she would have no problem doing all of this.

#tech-talk - January 14, 2025 at 09:19 PM

For us it was full landing pages - this might be outdated if they are offering individual modules

#tech-talk - January 14, 2025 at 05:05 PM

This is what they shared with me
• 12 mo agreement with 90 day opt out.

#everything-marketing - January 14, 2025 at 01:14 PM

Agreed with that -

Most brands we work with operate at around a 3x MER or put another way they are spending about 30% of rev on marketing which is profitable for them.

One brand is at 9 figures spending closer to a 2.5x MER and one is at 8 with close to a 10x MER.

All of them come down to margins of the product and profit and growth goals.

For most brands we work with the goal is growing as quickly as possible with minimal but still some profit.

#everything-marketing - January 07, 2025 at 07:25 PM

https://www.intelli-marketing.com/ did a nice job for us - reasonable cost, I'd add them to your list as a consideration

#everything-marketing - January 07, 2025 at 03:41 PM

https://www.convert.com

My personal favorite but lots of good options

#jobs-and-talent - January 06, 2025 at 01:53 PM

He is super price conscious and doesn't like wasting money, I just got him on another brand, amazon sales are up 20% and cost down 15% since he started only 2 weeks ago.

#jobs-and-talent - January 06, 2025 at 01:53 PM

I recommend Talal@brandtogether.io|Talal@brandtogether.io for amazon.

Tell him I sent you (I dont get a commission, we've just worked together for years)

#paid-media - January 01, 2025 at 07:07 PM

Is the adset unique in any way?

Any reason you wouldn’t use total channel incrementality and then click based attribution for relative in platform comparison?

That’s how I normally do it.

You can though if you are adding in some impression based or other targets with haus

#everything-marketing - December 31, 2024 at 05:44 PM

Looks great! Great addition!

#everything-marketing - December 31, 2024 at 05:14 PM

Thats awesome! Also, I grew up in Seattle (Lake Forest Park Area) so I love this brand.

  1. Put them in your emails that you send to non purchasers / abandon carts /etc.
  2. Use them as inspiration for ads, finding your target audience and what they care about
  3. Reach out to those customers and offer them an affiliate fee
  4. Put them on the website higher up as a "review highlight" section Then make sure you use them fully on meta too • Use them in your ad copy on meta ads • Use them in video mashes as pop ups • Use them in statics • Use them in comments as replys to comments

#everything-marketing - December 31, 2024 at 04:34 PM

We also do their meta but havn't had the same issue there so take this with a grain of salt

#everything-marketing - December 31, 2024 at 04:34 PM

We had a similar issue with a swimsuit brand we do media buying for (google not meta)

we ended up making a page that had flat lays not models as the first page, once they clicked in everything goes back to normal on page 2 and on but it meant the google scraped site didn't show anyone in suits.

Worth trying for Meta! Its allowed us to scale quite well.

#paid-media - December 26, 2024 at 03:33 PM

UGC doesn't need to over promise! It works because it connects with people with their personal experiences and they can see themselves in the creator which gives them confidence the product is for them. If you find the right creators that will be true and you wont let down your customer.

Other ad types can also over-promise. The key is figuring out what your product does best / is unique for and explaining the clear value of those selling points in your ads. Your product doesn't need to be the best on all categories to stand out, it just need to be best at one thing as long as customers want that one thing.

If you only want to speak to customers that strictly are looking for your specific product then consider starting with google.

#everything-marketing - December 23, 2024 at 05:49 PM

Worked with this guy for a while and he was decent but edged out by Billo
https://www.intelli-marketing.com/

#everything-marketing - December 23, 2024 at 05:47 PM

And if you find a creative agency you love let me know, would love a reliable one for the brands we manage

#everything-marketing - December 23, 2024 at 05:47 PM

Made a typo "If you are at a lower total spend, a higher % on creative is likely optimal" is what I meant to say.

I would say start with some statics and UGC from freelancers to see what works before committing to anything long term.

Go to this guy for statics (Cheap but pretty solid) and have him knock off your biggest competitors ads (not the brand focused ones, the ones that have sales, and selling points and CTAs)
https://www.fiverr.com/genioblu/design-engaging-facebook-ads-that-convert?source=ord[…]ummary_gig_link_title&funnel=78df52b0b66940d6873b92d913cb324e

And go to billo for UGC and try 5-6 creators that feel super authentic in their example videos. Ask them to come up with selling points based on your site and product to see what engages the most and then build on that with the next round.

#everything-marketing - December 21, 2024 at 06:36 PM

If meta is working try TikTok or Pinterest, if Google try Bing.

Not huge incremental channels but those are normally the next easiest steps.

That said, 99% of brands are better off doubling down on Creative and Media Buying for Google/Meta imo

#everything-marketing - December 21, 2024 at 04:04 PM

I would aim to spend 5% of your Facebook ad spend on creative (it’s a wide range depend on the brand but anywhere from 2-15%) to minimize your TOTAL CPA. If you are at a low higher % is also likely to be most optimal.

Once you calculate that, think about your own time as a cost vs others and try to spend that budget as effectively as possible across all of that.

Also check out Billo! Great for cheap UGC

Happy to dig deeper if you want to provide some details around total spend and specific questions you have.

#everything-marketing - December 19, 2024 at 03:35 PM

Creator selection is key - make sure to really watch their example videos!

#paid-media - December 19, 2024 at 03:22 PM

Good question! You don’t need to create a new collection unless you’re organizing something specific like a seasonal campaign. If you just want to update the images for your current catalog, go to Commerce Manager, open your catalog, and find the product listings. From there, you can edit each product individually and upload your new images. If you’re using overlays, you can do that in the Creative Tools section without replacing the original assets. Let me know if you’re still stuck!

#paid-media - December 19, 2024 at 01:55 PM

Here’s how I think about it but of course with any ad you can use them in unique ways.

DPAs are personalized ads that show people products based on their behavior, like what they viewed or added to their cart—great for retargeting. Catalog Ads are broader and use the same catalog but aren’t tied to user behavior. They’re good for promoting collections or general products. DPAs = targeted, Catalog Ads = flexible.

Making catalog images less boring: Use Meta’s Catalog Manager to add overlays like discounts, free shipping badges, or logos. Since you only have 5 products you can just edit the images yourself in Canva or Photoshop to add backgrounds, badges, or branding. A great top is to replace plain product shots with lifestyle photos that show the products in use. Also, Try videos or carousel ads instead of static images, mixing lifestyle shots and product benefits.

Hope that helps!

Billo is a favorite for our clients recently

#paid-media - December 18, 2024 at 04:19 PM

Agreed with Natalie - There are ways to rotate performing ASCs and ad groups away from ads like that but whether you are pausing or moving budget away you need to shift something.

#paid-media - December 17, 2024 at 10:46 PM

Agreed - not seeing any drop off yet but I expect to in the next few days.

#paid-media - December 17, 2024 at 10:45 PM

We worked with https://msquared.club/ for a brand.

Ultimately ended up giving us insights that weren't helpful at the time because of seasonality and how quickly things were changing for the brand we were running the media for but I thought their analysis was very sound and well done. We are doing more testing with them in the near year though. Worth adding to the list of options!

#paid-media - December 17, 2024 at 02:03 PM

Not to ask the obvious but you have good search groups set up with branded keywords and then non brand (with brand exclusions) for different products and searches under different groups?

Also, do you have your Pmax structured to specifically hit different placements if necessary? You need to use a script to export placement data for performance but that can be a good hack if you get major differences there.

Those would be the first two things to test if not.

#wins-and-humblebrags - December 13, 2024 at 02:00 PM

Its been a wild 5.5 months since we took on this brand! Always cool to look back after being in the weeds. Supply chain is our main issue now (dec also pacing for growth), If only products could move as fast as ads ha. If anyone has any tips Im all ears.

Also if anyone is budget constrained for creative (we were here + internal team wasn't ready to ramp up) I'd recommend checking out Billo. It used to be pretty subpar in my experience but we used it for 50%+ of the scale on this brand this time around and loved it.

#jobs-and-talent - December 12, 2024 at 05:04 PM

Price range? I've got a freelancer I use at $15/creative and a photographer at $35/photo. (They key to good ads is good photos imo).

Freelancer is the best in their price range but if you are willing to pay 10x that you'd probably be dissapointed.

Does anyone have a good company they've worked with that specializes in pixel and conversion tracking tags? We want to make sure we have all aspects set up, not just the basics.

Always good to parse CPM/CPC jumps to new vs old creative.

We often see CPC jumps that just come down to creative exhaustion on a few key creatives that we can rotate away from.
