Does anyone have recommendations for freelancers to help with Google Paid search. Not looking for an agency.

50K per month in spend, not a lot of account changes- but looking for someone for a friend who can be trusted for analysis, campaign changes, etc. Likely just a couple hours per week.

I think Hristian has a good run-down..

Another alternative could be the ATC number is depressed, or not being recorded before the user is redirected to the checkout.

I would look for any site changes to the add to cart process.

Here is my take:

Every merchant tries to sell bundles, add-ons and new categories. But for most companies the vast majority of sales come from one or a handful of products. And will for a long time. So I would expect a power law distribution for sales by product (90,9,1) which means you need to be very strict on the CAC side, since AOV and LTV will be hard to grow.

ymmv depending on category, but I would be more optimistic around making a new 150-ish product in a similar category (Always Pan -> Perfect Pot) which you can sell to past customers, and market together with your lead product - rather than create add-ons which are me-too products (knives, glasses, plates)

Hey @Connor Hance

My first thought it with a high AOV new-ish product, it might be early for CRO work.

But we help a lot of ecom folks. https://theowls.com/
Happy to chat to see if there is fit, or if you just have some questions.

1> How large is the delta?

2> I would be a bit wary of relying on them as a solution.

The tagging is for free, but the paid product looks a bit abandoned… 1 blog post in 5 months, docs look broken, etc.
