been thinking a lot about how most partner programs are still stuck on generic landers, last-click tracking, and super manual workflows. it's kinda wild when you think about how far paid has come (the affiliate space hasn't seen innovation in the last 20 years!?)

we built inflektion to solve a bunch of the stuff we kept running into:
• personalized landers for every creator/affiliate (live in seconds, no dev, and it goes beyond co-branding - all messaging is updated based on influencer audience... we actually have a patent pending on our tech cuz its completely platform agnostic)
• proper attribution - everything is event based so you get all of the details on performance (even email leads, upsells, etc.)
• automations for seeding, onboarding, outreach, promo updates, etc.
seeing some really interesting results with brands that are using it to scale partnerships like a real channel vs a side hustle.

biggest thing is how affiliate managers can actually now focus on building relationships instead of doing the manual $#!% that takes forever to manage and implement.

Hi everyone, looking for a rockstar frontend developer to join our team.

Looking for someone with these skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI Frameworks.
• Strong hand-coding of both semantic, efficient, standards-compliant HTML5 and CSS3, particularly responsive design.
• Knowledgeable in git and best practices.
• Use of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and build tools (Grunt, Gulp, Webpack, etc.).
• Experience with external SOAP and REST API integration.
• Need to know how to create custom events in Google Analytics and integrate conversion rate optimization tests.

@Nicolas BICH also look into Streak. It's easy to share and configure pipelines so anyone can access where an email/contact is in pipeline and combine this with a group email like what Emlie and Bernadette said this would be easy to manage.
