Anyone here in food or beverage ever tried using a ghost kitchen for production? We have a brand launching thought it might be a good way of getting some early traction by selling through uber eats without having to set up a commercial production hub or copacker.

No. Do nothing but make your product good. Don’t get into a wiener measuring contest or snark off. It’s bad for business and it’s hacky advertising. This happens all the time when larger brands see smaller ones having success and you’re better off serving your customers and churning out a quality product. I’ve dealt with it, Apple has dealt with it, shit even Saturday night live dealt with it. You have to be restrained and let them piss money.
