How and what are DTC marketing leaders doing to create/finalize their template/outline for strategies these days? Being so focused on performance marketing these last few years has definitely made me less focused/reliant on static decks that tend to feel very high-level and not agile enough for the pace we go at. However, I appreciate that for the larger team, it can be a grounding & navigational exercise.
Anyone have a template they isn't super traditional? Are you doing a deck or a strategy map? Would love to hear it ๐

What are peoples paid social versus google/ppc spend breakdown as a % today through Monday looking like (assuming bing, etc is small beans for most)? Ie. are you keeping meta high as a % or trying to close down funnel more and spending heavier on google?
