You can do a campaign to your email subs offering a discount. Include opt-in CTAs in your post purchase flows. Offer exclusive promos/perks/early access by signing up to SMS (and make sure to deliver on that). And I’ve seen great opt-in rates asking customers to sign up to receive shipment updates in the order confirmation email.
