100% do it, for beauty/personal care, health and wellness, there is a high repeat purchase rate & if you want to build loyal customer base, subscriptions is the way to go. When it comes to cancellations, use a subscription tool that makes it easy to cancel, pause, skip, reschedule so you don't have to manually handle these cancellations.
There are many ways to setup subscriptions, offer dynamic discounts on different subscription orders, reward them for consistency to stay with the brand.

Hi @Zach McAdam multiple brands that we work with use different subscription offer, starting with 40% and then moving to 20% or 1st/2nd order at 20%, 3rd order at 25% and then a free gift with 4th order and so on. Eg. Of these brands include Good protein, Four Sigmatic, Truheights etc. This strategy works great in better retention and we have seen great results across brands. I would say look at:
1. Subscriber Growth (new subscribers acquired)
2. AOV (those who are buying how is their AOV increasing, are they adding more products)
3. LTV of a user and at product level
4. Overall churn and at product level ( to optimize frequency/discounts etc basis the cancellation reasons)
5. Payment realization / Dunning (a lot of brands don't even track this, but it is a revenue lost just because of payment failures and can be easily handled with proper dunning management)

@Monal Gehlot there are multiple ways in which you can segment your subscribers basis your objectives. At Loop we look at subscribers basis different subscription plans, specific products in subscriptions, no. of orders places, total amount spent, specific customer tags present, paused/cancelled subscribers/high risk subscribers due to payment details not being updated and so much more. It depends on what are you trying to do with that customer segments, is it for engagement, rewards, upsell, reactivation etc
