We follow a 2 step process here (for right address, but missing package)
1. For large value orders, to weed out fraud, we first ask the customer to wait for a couple of days to see if USPS delivers the package (they often mark it delivered before delivering), and then with USPS. If USPS is not able to find the package, we ask for a confirmation that USPS sends about it. This step has been solving 70-80% cases for it, and we don't hear back from the customer most of the times.
2. If the customer is engaging and actually files the missing mail case, we ship them a replacement and absorb the cost
From the language of the message exchange, our team is able to infer many times if it is a genuine case.

Does anyone use Amazon AWD for storing inventory? It seems like a good option compared to our 3PL, but I am worried about what happens if we need to remove inventory for some reason - new packaging/delisting/recall etc. Is it easy, or as bad as getting inventory back from FBA warehouses - which often times appear in multiple small shipments over 4-8 weeks.
Will appreciate any insights here!

Anyone here has tried Hawke for paid media? I see mixed reviews online, but I remember reading good things here in the past (too bad can't search history anymore). Budget ~50k a month. Asking for a friend.

We dabbled with it for a while, but the purchasers form less than 5% of your target audience and spend. In return the comments and validation they can provide to a creative can help make the creative engaging and lower the CPMs significantly. So my take has been to let FB optimize between new and existing customers, but keep an eye on Audience split for your internal RoAS targets

sticky CTA should be on product pages. The Add to Cart button that you have in the first fold should 'stick' to the top or bottom of the page when someone scrolls past the first fold. Example from my wife's store:
Also, your CTA should ideally be a different color than everything around it. Right now Shop Pay is the brightest CTA on the page. Unless that is intentional, pick another accent color that you use only for CTAs (doesn't have to be very bright, but just different than everything else)

We had a few calls with them, but couldnt justify the cost for ongoing monitoring specific to checkout.
I would recommend checking out LogRocket. It's a single tool that take care of UI/UX analytics, session recordings, and bugs in the full funnel.

@Mordechai Nir images definitely help, but the copy should be written making the customer the hero and your brand the sidekick that's assisting the hero get to an end goal

Just one comment from me on copy (I agree its a bit too much text) - the copy is very heavy on what the product is and its features, rather than the customer and the result. Use a lot less 'our', 'this product', etc., and a lot more 'You', 'Your, etc.

Not sure what the product is, but limited time bundles (offering a higher value than individual items), or special edition products could add urgency to customers to take out their wallets. I have also seen digital items like 2 year warranty, ebooks, vip loyalty tier, etc being added for free above a certain cart value as offers.

Using YouTube ads for conversions, instead of just branding. Our brand is a high intent, need based category (auto parts), and we haven't used YouTube yet as we keep hearing that it is very top of the funnel. Do you know of any brands that extract purchase intent? Afterall YouTube is also a massive search engine.

Thanks a lot Jacob. For Amazon our focus is on getting the Buy Box, as we are just resellers of most products that we intend to list. So maintaining a healthy account, reduce returns and optimize pricing would be the key requirements there.
