Hi All, just wondering if anyone is using Omnisend and if you can share your experience with them? Our email list is about 8k and growing by about 150-200 signups a day, so far we've been using Shopify email for basic automations and abandoned cart emails etc. I want to now concentrate on email marketing with more granular segmentations and smarter email automations to increase conversions. We run an online grocery store so our margins are super tight but repeat purchases are high. I need to decide if I go with Klaviyo for all the bells and whistles (has anyone used their AI features, worth the buck?) or take a chance on Omnisend as it seems it can do most that we need and more cost affective. Thanks 🙌

Always is!! 😆 I mean for anyone that's starting out or still on a small operation scale it's still a brilliant tool, I'm assuming the shipping labels would be at a competitive price anyways and for those that have their own carrier rates they can integrate and still use it for free.

@David Just read their Fair Use Policy. "Sellers need to ship at least 50% of their online orders synced to Veeqo, excluding FBA and Retail POS orders, on a monthly basis with a shipping label purchased within Veeqo, either using our shipping rates or your own carrier rates." https://www.veeqo.com/fair-usage-policy

Yeah, worked really well when I was using it. Going to implement this for my sisters store also, she's using Shopify and Etsy too. I believe you can also set the channel pricing too, so not just inventory syncing! 😉 You might be able to request an integration with Faire also, back in the day they were very open to integrations.

Hi all, just wanted to throw a recommendation to anyone that manages their own stock, picking/packing/shipping. In my old business we used Veeqo to manage it all and pay about £300pm, I'm no longer involved with that business and haven't used it for a while but just found out that Amazon has since acquired Veeqo and made it completely free. You can sync with all the popular ecommerce and marketplaces for free, manage your inventory and has a great warehouse picking app. They're trying to sell shipping labels now instead of the SaaS model but we were able to programme our own custom shipping method if you don't want to use their labels, not sure if it's still the case but might be worth checking it out for anyone looking to cut costs down. I'm building a new DTC brand and was evaluating the tech stack, couldn't believe they made this free, was literally the backbone of my old business. https://www.veeqo.com/

Hi Oliver, for our grocery store, I use an app called Zapiet to manage my postcode/zipcode validation. They have a widget for zipcode validation but I haven't seen anything on the market like what you're describing with the ability to redirect based on their zipcode. Seems like some custom app work is needed. Speak to the team at Zapiet as they seem to have a very good support structure, maybe they can make some recommendations.
