But it will Make the wrong number of pallet labels for the shipment. Are you saying that’s not important

#ops-supply-chain - September 06, 2025 at 04:29 PM

I wish it didn’t try to do the calculation that then needs to be overwritten. Have you seen anyway to accomplish that ?

#ops-supply-chain - September 06, 2025 at 04:25 PM

When Amazon splits a “send to Amazon” plan into individual shipments and then tries to automatically determine the number of pallets in each shipment, it never calculates this amount correctly.

#ops-supply-chain - September 05, 2025 at 07:50 PM

Anyone here who sells as 3P on Amazon and ships large volumes of product in ? We are running into some process frustrations with how Amazon is calculating pallets etc

Does anyone have experience dealing with bogus CCPA lawsuits?

Hi Everyone, Souper Cubes is hiring for a Customer Service Role https://www.soupercubes.com/pages/customer-service-specialist-job-description

#marketing-creatives-lp - January 08, 2025 at 01:14 AM

Thank you !

#marketing-creatives-lp - January 06, 2025 at 04:58 PM

<@U083HKR178T> thank you for your response. Did your client do the curated box program or a more standard appearance on the show? We have seen huge spike from them in the past. I was more curious about how they show products, how much time they talk about each one etc. during the segment as part of this curated box they are selling.

#marketing-creatives-lp - January 06, 2025 at 04:49 PM

@Natalie Bowman every time we have been on the Today show, it’s either an influencer friend was going on and shared as part of their segment, a partner like Williams Sonoma included us or their people have reached out to us about doing something together. When they reach out it tends to be a more structured agreement about discounting etc

#jobs-and-talent - January 04, 2025 at 05:03 PM

Aaron, I could see the roll being either fractional or full time. If it were full time I think some of the other financial tasks like bookkeeping AR and AP would be included as I don’t think there is enough inventory planning work for full time.

#marketing-creatives-lp - January 04, 2025 at 04:58 PM

Has anyone participated in a Today Show curated box program before? I’m trying to understand if the exposure is worth the investment of product donated for the boxes

#jobs-and-talent - December 31, 2024 at 05:12 AM

Where are folks finding their finance / demand planning team members? We need someone to take on demand planning and inventroy forecasting. I think it would make a lot of sense for that person to build cashflow models and do some bookkeeping too. Anyone here with that experience looking for an opportunity? The position would remote but could be anywhere in the US

#marketing-paid - November 22, 2024 at 07:12 PM

Thanks man, looking forward to it

#marketing-paid - November 21, 2024 at 12:02 AM

I think @Nik Sharma and @Moiz Ali talked about credit cards in an earlier season but it would be great to touch on this topic again on the pod

#marketing-paid - November 21, 2024 at 12:01 AM

It didn’t seem to me like chase has an option for auto payments that isn’t a monthly settlement for the prior statement amount. I did manage to call them and get the limit increased by 50% but it won’t be enough to make it the whole month especially now during peak season.

We have Cap1 spark its more a personal card than a strictly business one.

I’ve heard the best one out there is the BofA card with 2.7% cash back if you keep an account with balance over $100k with them too as collateral

#marketing-paid - November 19, 2024 at 04:13 AM

Great idea. Thank you

#marketing-paid - November 18, 2024 at 10:20 PM

How are folks who are scaling ads and spending at scale managing their credit cards they use to pay Meta with?

We are starting to scale spend and I find it very annoying to check the card balance on the bank website and make payments several times per month to keep the credit line from maxing out. Currently using a Chase INK Business premier card. Im aware of the B of A card that has a better cash back option.

Also just kind of curious about the brands that are spending $30k + per day on Meta and using credit cards how you manage this technical aspect.

#marketing-paid - November 08, 2024 at 10:33 PM

Thanks Anya. The Inbox method is just a much bigger pain to use for coment moderation than the old way

#marketing-paid - November 06, 2024 at 08:08 PM

It used to be easier in FB business manager before they made this recent UI switch. Im not looking to add more tools and SaaS spend right now

#marketing-paid - November 06, 2024 at 05:11 AM

Is anyone else finding it more difficult to moderate comments on ads on Meta with their new UI? Any workarounds or easier ways to find the comments and reply or Hide / Block / Delete the bad ones?

#ai-dtc - July 26, 2024 at 09:37 PM

Does anyone here use Flexport fulfillment? It seems like we would be saving a lot of money on postage and pick and pack fees with them but Im still feeing a bit skeptical

#general-chat - July 18, 2024 at 05:58 AM

It’s not enough. There are plaintiffs lawyers out there who hate accessibe and will target you because you have it. In our case some of the issues only appeared when accessibe was turned on

#general-chat - July 16, 2024 at 04:35 AM

Going through one of these suits right now. The wave tool and browser plugin will help you manually audit the site and find the errors and issues.

You can hire people on fiver to manually test your whole site with a screen reader too. And of course you can figure out how to use the built in Mac and iPhone screen readers too and audit yourself.

Has anyone been through a website ADA lawsuit? We are being threatened with one by a law firm that seems to specialize in this. It’s especially upsetting because we have spent a lot of time and effort trying to make the site ADA compatible. Any recs for a defense firm would be helpful.

#ops-supply-chain - April 09, 2024 at 12:59 AM

Does anyone have experience running taboola ads ? I have a great article write up about my company that has a ton of Amazon links in it and I want to try driving traffic to it. But I won’t have a pixel on the site so i can’t track conversions. I’m wondering if the ad algorithm won’t work or it will just require a different goal ?

#marketing-creatives-lp - April 05, 2024 at 05:53 PM

I like the idea of using the attribution links as a proxy for understanding how far down the article a reader gets. But I think Im missing something because to use the amazon attribution tag I would need to replace the existing links in the article with the new ones and that is not something that Im able to do. I also think that the links in the article are probably Forbes affiliate links and you cant stack amazon attribution and amazon associate program links together

#marketing-cx-cs-retention - April 05, 2024 at 05:27 PM

@Michael Mallazzo did you end up trying this ?

#marketing-creatives-lp - April 05, 2024 at 05:24 PM

@Zoe Jirgens I think you’re right. Just try it and see. I didn’t think that you could add an Amazon attribution link to a url that isn’t an Amazon page but I can try setting the link up to see if that would work. I have not run a taboola campaign before. What kind of CPC bids work there? Hopefully low ones…

#marketing-creatives-lp - April 05, 2024 at 04:29 AM

@Nik Sharma has written multiple times in recent newsletters about native advertising and the amazing funnel he built using an advertorial related to the founding story for Hint water while he was there.

I was recently thinking about putting together such a funnel for my company Souper Cubes as we have a cool founding story, have been on Shark Tank, and have some nice press pieces about us already. One in particular that I was thinking about using is a piece on Forbes that is full of their Amazon referral links. Does it make sense to try to run some Taboola native ads to the Forbes article and see if we get a lift on Amazon? Since it’s not a paid for advertorial we won’t get to see the attribution stats, we would have to measure the impact a different way.

This is the Forbes article I was thinking about running the native ads to. Interested in everyone’s thoughts

What is a healthy drop off rate for checkout ? I have seen some blogs mention 50% as an average from initiate checkout to complete checkout. But Im interested in hearing what people experience in this community. Anything that you have implemented on the checkout page that helped improve this rate? Its really hard to see what customers are doing on the page in our Microsoft Clarity screen recordings. Any recommendations on reports to pull to try to gain insight into this ?

#ops-inventory - November 30, 2023 at 10:40 PM

I just used it for the first time for a new product and it was very helpful to get the first 20 reviews going. They are honest reviews

#ops-supply-chain - November 30, 2023 at 10:39 PM

me too please !

#jobs-and-talent - November 21, 2023 at 10:48 PM

Hi Limited Supply Community. Souper Cubes is looking for a Manager for our 3rd party marketplace business lines. This includes Amazon US, Canada, UK, AUS, UAE. and Walmart.com. We have a significant business in these channels and are looking for an experienced hand to take on the maintenance and growth of them. Duties would include inventory forecasting, managing and optimizing PDPs, watching competitors, looking out for growth opportunities in new products, and running advertising campaigns using a tool like perpetua.io

#ops-inventory - November 21, 2023 at 10:23 PM

Hey Adam, nice to see you here !

#ops-inventory - November 21, 2023 at 10:21 PM

Did you figure it out? You need to create the case pack template and pallet pack template. We send in FTLs nearly each week and its really pretty straight forward

#ops-inventory - July 24, 2023 at 09:58 PM

If you are new to the Canadian Marketplace and want to see if your products will sell there, use NARF to give it a try. If you are making some consistent sales via NARF, then you can stand to gain significantly by moving to FBA Canada. Once you have goods in FBA Canada I don't believe they will fulfill for NARF at the same time for the same ASINs. We saw a 3X increase in sales in moving from NARF to FBA. Once you make the switch, you will want to leave NARF behind.

Dong FBA Canada requires much more work around import and tax so its not worth it unless you have real sales there.

#ops-supply-chain - July 15, 2023 at 12:02 AM

It should be just a checkbox on the checkout form

#ops-supply-chain - July 14, 2023 at 08:33 PM

Do you think its worth it to require the shipping phone number to improve this?

#ops-supply-chain - July 14, 2023 at 07:38 PM

We are seeing "okay" event quality from the Meta events manager for purchases. All of the other events are either good or great. On the Purchase events, the reason they are being scored as OK, is due to a low percentage of events including the hashed phone number and hashed country. Country info can be determined from zip code and state, but the phone number is unique. Is this just because people are not putting in their phone numbers on the checkout page ? Would it improve if we made shipping phone number a requirement instead of optional? I worry that requiring the phone number would mean that the conversion rate would decrease because its just one more thing that the customer needs to enter before completing the purchase

#general-chat - July 13, 2023 at 09:27 PM

we are in a similar position where the financial aspect alone doesn't make it worth it to us but perhaps the other benefits would

#general-chat - July 13, 2023 at 09:26 PM

Is the checkout customization easy to doo, or does it require a developer?

#marketing-creatives-lp - July 11, 2023 at 04:50 PM

Anyone use Find Keep Love for lead acquisition ?

#marketing-cx-cs-retention - July 10, 2023 at 07:11 PM

Does anyone here have experience with Find Keep Love for bringing in quality leads to your email list?

#marketing-creatives-lp - June 28, 2023 at 09:02 PM

Starting from scratch is tough with not much in the way of reviews or social proof. Maybe you can seed some product to influencers to get some UGC and reviews and then use that as a foudnation to build ad campaigns off of

#marketing-creatives-lp - June 28, 2023 at 08:46 PM

is it unreasonable to think that you can achieve an attributed CPA of $20-$30 ?

#ops-inventory - June 28, 2023 at 08:44 PM

I haven't but why would you risk your account getting shut off for violating the Amazon TOS. They don't mess around

#marketing-creatives-lp - June 27, 2023 at 04:13 AM

An agency I was talking to had suggested to me that it was cheaper to test the creative this way and that there was 80% correlation between creative that worked on traffic campaigns and that worked on conversions campaigns.

#marketing-creatives-lp - June 25, 2023 at 09:06 PM

We have a pretty decent size facebook group that is active that we started way back at the beginning of our company. It post in it when we have sales etc. But I think this is definitely something that we can lean more into. Im sure that not everyone in the group is a customer yet. And I have been wondering how we can best target the group members with messaging

#marketing-creatives-lp - June 21, 2023 at 09:12 PM

Do you guys test creative on Meta with conversion goal ads or traffic ads? From what Ive read, meta will send the ads to different people depending on the goal type. However, conversion ads seem more expensive to test with than traffic ads. How does everyone go about this?
