Hey guys, qn on how you calculate COGS - do you include the cost of inbound shipping to your warehouse in your COGS, or do you only consider the cost that's charged by your supplier for the production of the goods?

Hey @Brad Davis, I'd love to chat with Legends about how they use the data from their loyalty program as part of their retention strategy (if they combine it with email marketing, they get sales data from their loyalty program, etc). How is everyone currently separating B2B and B2C sales reports in Shopify?
I understand Shopify Plus makes it easier, but for those not on Shopify Plus, I'm curious to know how you've done it

Talk about challenges for brands with stores in different markets, e.g. sales reporting across different currencies, difficulties in order fulfilment if a customer wants to purchase from a store without stock, problems with returns & refunds, etc
